Koko Florist

I ordered LARGE flowers from 1800Flowers (they select a local florist in your area to deliver the arrangements reflected on their website). I received a SMALL arrangement (a going away gift) on 4÷15÷16 when I called the florist about the mistake she said «thats all we can do for that price so what you want? you wanna cancel?» cancel the arrangement that had already arrived as a gift?! After complaining to 1800Flowers about my dissatisfaction about the SMALL arrangement after paying for a LARGE one they scheduled a resend which I just received and it is exactly the same… a SMALL arrangement now the florist calls the delivery guy to ask me why I didn’t give him back the old flowers IS THIS A JOKE?! I was astounded. After some back & forth she asks if I want to keep them I told her the flowers were free from 1800Flowers because they made a mistake. Terrible customer service. The vase was also flooded with water I dumped out half for each arrangement so the flowers wouldn’t drown & wilt right away. Will never ever be using them again.

I used Koko Florist to send a gift and they were great. The flowers were gorgeous, the service was great, they get the job done. I prefer to work directly with the vendor than through the big floral service companies, and when you find great places like Koko Florist, it’s such a huge relief! Will be back :)

So my mother in law and I ordered my wedding flowers from Koko Florist. She made all my flower bouquets, 12 table centerpieces, flowers for my cake and the cake table, and flowers to put in my hair also! She was very accommodating and I would love to order flowers from her again!

We use them all the time! My husband and I have been married for over a year now, but we’ve been together for 8. Throughout the years he has used KoKo florist and I’ve always been so happy with them it just made sense to use them for our wedding.

We ordered our flowers for our wedding June 29, 2013. The arrangements were perfect. We had an outdoor ceremony with two large arrangements for each side of the ceremony space that were then reused for the main table centerpieces. They were just lovely. The table decorations were also quite lovely. The bouquets for the bridesmaids and bride were stunning. She used such a beautiful combination of flowers that matched our color theme. The boutonnieres for the men were beautiful as well. The prices were very very reasonable for the level of service.

Highly recommended and they also have some great ideas. Koko did a great job for my wedding arrangement on April 6, 2013. Willing to work with you and very honest.

We ordered flowers here for our wedding, and many other occassions like mother’s day or even my Thanksgiving center piece. Love the service, flower selections and the store! So many to choose from and they’re willing to work with you to make sure the arrangements are perfect!
