The place is clean and the coffee is gooood. No need to mention the donuts are freshly made with so many different varieties.

Friendly customer service, by far my favorite spot to swing by after classes at the Universities at Shady Grove!

The smell of fried dough hits you in the nose as you walk through the doors. To be honest I only come here with little children or other immature adults who want to watch the donuts being made and to of course act like a kid on a sugar high. They used to give you free donuts when you walked in the door and they were fresh out of the oven, the original plain ones that is. They have an array of other well made high fat, high gluten, low protein, empty caloric pointless food items as well. Al Roker would love it here. One small note though, now that I have officially discovered the Libby’s gluten free cakes I like them a lot more.

Well, it is Krispy Kreme. I am not going to waste my words on describing how good their donuts are. The customer service at this location could be way more better. I always get a grumpy vibe from the cashiers, never get a teensy friendly smile. I guess their donuts get sold no matter what, so may be they simply don’t see a reason to make the extra effort.

I love donuts, especially krispy kreme. I am a donut lover. The drive through is pretty cool too! Great service as well.

Come on man. When it comes to donuts then they don’t get any better than warm freshly made glaze krispy kreme. Seriously,

Although I wasn’t too happy with this visit today, which is weird because I Love K. K’s, but the Staff. They were Just Soo. … UnProfessional.
I mean, I walk in 30mins before closing and I understand your staff is ready to leave, but Really?!
So, my boyfriend & I stroll in K. K’s. As we approach the counter, where All the delicious donut were chillin, one of the employees handed me 2 donut balls. I kindly said «Awwww thank you.» And continued browsing along.
When I finally figured out what I wanted, I had to wait for the Three employees to finish having their full blown conversation in front of us.
The one employee said «oh, you can order, were not talking about anything».
Umm, of course your not!
By the time I finish ordering & walk to the cash register, all three employees continued a different conversation, one girl staying right beside me talking loud in my ear to the guy over the counter ringing up my order, and the other (Much older, should know better) employee leaning over the counter filling in on their conversation. By the time they finished ringing up my order… I really didn’t want the donuts anymore, it just turned me off.

Oh, how I love their hot, glazed donuts fresh out of the oven. The fast and friendly service is just the cherry on top at this location.

I always get excited when I see a box with green polka dots, because it usually means there’s Krispy Kreme donuts inside of it. Whether I eat them fresh off the conveyor belt dripping in warm glaze, or for that midday snack where it’s cooled-​down with a hardened glaze, Krispy Kreme donuts never fail to satisfy my sweet tooth.
You can never go wrong with the original glazed donuts. Dependable, sweet, and my go-​to. Of course, the chocolate glazed ones are pretty good too… and maybe even better with sprinkles.
The alluring, bright neon red sign signifies that these donuts are fresh. So if you see the signs outside of the store light up, then expect to see a line when you step inside. If the neon lights don’t draw you in like a fly to a bug lamp, then I’m sure the sweet aroma of fresh donuts will. Thinking about it makes me want to go and grab a box of them for myself!
Krispy Kreme, donut you know that I love you so? You’re my guilty pleasure. I donut want to be without you.

This store just opened before I moved from the area and I really wanted to show the other half what they had. We are visiting from Hawaii and we have a K.K. but it’s on Maui and we’re on Oahu. Much to our surprise we heard the familiar Hawaii local twang. The employee was from Oahu also.
Doughnuts were hot, fresh and as good as I remembered them. Service was fast, friendly and couldn’t have been more fun.
Looking forward to coming back on our next trip east but it will be in the summer not the end of winter… to damn cold.

Walked in and was greeted with a free donut. How awesome is that?! Great customer service and addictive sweets. Love this place!

It’s Krispy Kreme.
Their Original Glazed Doughnuts are addicting. So fresh, light, with a nice chew. There is a difference in taste when purchasing their doughnuts at a grocery store versus the Krispy Kreme store. It just tastes so much better at Krispy Kreme.
We were in Rockville, visiting one of our favorite Chinese restaurants and decided to drop by for some doughnuts after. My family loves their doughnuts, so we had to get a few boxes for everyone.
This location is very clean, organized, and spacious. Restrooms are in the back. Plenty of indoor seating available. Perfect place to meet someone for some coffee and a sweet treat. Employees were quick and friendly. Plenty of yummy doughnuts on display. I love their doughnut conveyor belt, you can see them being made fresh as soon as you walk inside.

Obviously, you know what Krispy Kreme sells and you know what to expect when you walk in– hot, fresh doughnuts of all kinds and a menu of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, hot chocolate, and a «frappucino-​like» drink.
Whats sets at least this Krispy Kreme apart is its customer service. When I walk in with my daughter, we are immediately greeted with a hat for her, a helium balloon, and hot, fresh doughnut holes. They absolutely adore having her there; as a father, I appreciate that, as it makes my job easier.
Anyone can sell donuts that aren’t healthy for you, but extremely tasty. The customer service in this establishment sets it above the other chains. It’s probably a good thing, though, that there’s not one in my neighborhood– I’d be 300 pounds.

Ahhhhh… The glory of the amazing Krispy Kreme donuts! Made a special trip from Fredrick county to get me a dozen of fresh donuts. Sure there’s some dunkin donuts here in Fredrick… But nothing tops a nice Krispy Kreme glazed donut!
They have different types of donuts depending on the season. They also have amazing hot chocolate to wash it all down. My personal favorite would be the chocolate cookie crème. Not sure if its another seasonal donut, but it was so delicious, I had to get another!
My son really enjoyed the glazed donut maker that’s displayed behind a glass wall.
Very lovely place. We definitely need one of these here in Fredrick.

Wonderful donuts and coffee! Pleasant and quick customer service. During special events, the staff enjoys taking care of the customer.
The drive-​thru is quick and a lifesaver during those frigid winter mornings.

I’ve been to this location twice so far, and I was happy with my experience both times. The first time, I came on National Doughnut day when they were offering a free dozen of glazed, when you buy a dozen. They had pre-​packaged boxes of fresh doughnuts, which made the experience much quicker than I had expected. The place was packed!
This time, I came in to claim my free birthday doughnut and coffee from having signed up on their website last month. I ordered the sour cream doughnut, which was delicious! The sour cream helps to cut some of the sweetness. Also, this was a flat cake doughnut, not a fluffy yeast doughnut. I tend to prefer yeast, but this great. I would definitely order it again. Since it was mid-​day, I ordered a decaf coffee, which was warm, not hot. Once I added milk, it was barely warm, and I didn’t realize until I was at my table. Oh well.
The dining area is clean and bright. The music is fantastic — think old school crooners (i.e. Sinatra, Buble, etc.) If you come around 3:30−4 pm, you’ll see the light at the window turn on, which means a fresh batch of doughnuts is being fried up! This is the prime time to watch the magic happen at their large viewing window!

Love the donuts especially when they are fresh! I like all the flavors. There’s always good service and they are super fast! The only issue I have with this place is that it’s not the cleanest location. The tables are
Often dirty and the floors aren’t swept. I find the drive through very convenient for the mornings.

So, I was in the area and (the way any good Unilocal story starts) I texted my hubby to see if he wanted me to stop in and grab him a couple of donuts. Silly me to ask of course, because I received a quick reply that read, «YESS, please!»
I also had been singing, «I know when that hot sign bling, it’s time for some krispy kreme» for the past few weeks, so I knew it was time to make a visit.
Of course, I was greeted by the hot sign, and yes it was blinging. I walked in and was quickly assisted by the ladies behind the counter. One of the employees, who appeared to be the manager, was seamlessly maneuvering between taking two orders and working the drive thru, superwoman I tell you. In less than two minutes my card was swiped and my receipt was in hand. The cashier was ultra sweet and she politely told me that my fresh dozen was rolling down the conveyor belt as she handed me the receipt. Less than 5 minutes later I was in my car with a dozen hot donuts with a fresh smell assaulting my nose.
Unfortunately I will not be able to comment on the taste of these babies, due to an egg allergy. But my mother, who I recruited to help eat some of the dozen that I compulsively decided I needed at the register, reviews that they were delicious and she is addicted. So be careful folks, they’re addicting.

One word: yum! Soft, sweet, and delicious. They’re so delicious that you’ll want to eat more than one and you won’t even care about all the calories because YUM! These donuts hit the spot when you’re craving something sweet. Chocolate glazed are my favorite, but you also can’t go wrong with the classic glazed.

I love this place! 95% of the time the HOT sign is on for the hot original glaze. Since I live so close I stop by all the time which may not be a good thing ;-), too tempting. Their coffee and donut what an awesome combo. Their seasonal flavors are pretty good too.
