Excellent customer service — ask for Arlene! I’m an amateur photographer and needed a sports lens and a lot of guidance. Arlene sold me a used Canon telephone lens & some supplies. The transaction was seamless, and Arlene gave me excellent advice. I cannot speak higher of her professionalism and quality service.

This company is as good as it gets! From RAW conversion, to post processing, to printing, I have never seen any better. Add to that, their great professional demeanor and their awesome down-​home family feeling, these guys are the tops. In addition to ALL of that, they sell professional camera gear and thoroughly checked out, used equipment as well. Thank you Jeff, Dorrie, Arlene and Heather.

I have been a photography junkie for over 20 years now and the last several years have been exceptionally great and that is when I was introduced to Pilot from a fellow photographer. Frankly these guys are the best in the business and our community is very lucky to have these guys here. The industry like most has taken a hit, but these guys just keep plugging along and thank God for them. On line ordering is easy, and everyone at Pilot is genuinely the real deal. The passion they have for the business is always there, but they really care about their customers and they are a joy to work with. I have turned all my friends onto them and there is no one else I would trust my photographs more then them. They now have a retail part with top of the line cameras and lenses and they are the best and only game in town. This is the“only” lab that knows how to print! Everybody is very kind and professional. However Duncan, the lab pooch is by far the most awesome of the staff (sorry Heather!)

I’ve been working with this company for almost a year. I usually only deal with the woman at the front counter and the the owner. They are both lovely, and they will work with you to meet any goal.
Additionally, they have a photography studio in the same complex that can be rented by the hour. Over the summer of 2014 they updated the space and made it quite versatile for almost any project. All gear inside is free to use if you are renting the space! Tons of furniture and drops.

Incredible customer service! The folks at this lab are always so professional yet sweet & without exception, have always delivered everything to me on time. I put an order Friday late afternoon & they had it ready at 10 am this morning no problems! Highly recommend pilot imaging!

This was a great lab. The lab went out of business not long after the new owner took over. I was thrilled to find the old owner and most of the same employees at a new lab nearby. Pilot Imaging.
