Great service! They were quick to respond to my inquiry and I sold my dead car to them for a good price — and a free tow — just a couple of days later. I was surprised at how easy this was.

Great service! We needed a tow from Dulles airport during the morning rush hour. Despite the traffic, the driver (Denny) arrived at the promised time and even kept us posted on his progress en route via text messages. He was extremely careful with my car — even though it was an older model — and thorough in checking to insure it was safely loaded and secured. (In fact, when the local police stopped us for a routine truck safety inspection, the officer commented that it was the best tie-​down job he’d seen and praised Denny!) While I haven’t had much experience with towing services, I can’t imagine a more reliable company or a more professional driver than Denny at Problem Cars Wanted.

Danny, I believe his name is, was amazing and sweet. I was run off the road, resulting in two pretty bent rims and shattered hub caps, and a flat tire. Originally my insurance company sent them out to tow me to my parents house. ETA was over an hour and a half away, and being a type 1 diabetic, I was super worried about my blood sugar. I called when I realized I had a donut but I didn’t have part of a jack to lift my car. Danny canceled the original tow truck and came out himself and helped me replace the tire in less time than if I had been towed to my parents house.
I was safe at home in about an hour, and my landlord had two rims from a car that’s not being used that he was able to put on my car until I can get my rims fixed or replaced. I’m now able to carry on my normal schedule, go to work tomorrow, and not spending hundreds of dollars on new rims.
These guys are awesome!

I use those guys twice already. Once they change my tire and second time was towing. Great service, quick respond and professional team! Im definitely using this guys again if i need. I also heard that they buy problem cars and they have the best price in DMV. Highly recommend it!!!
