I had to leave. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not recommend this business to anyone.
As a former esthetician, I had done my research on eyelash extensions. I had gone to many Internet sites, made calls, compared prices, and even compared notes on customer service. I spoke with Sharon a few weeks later to inquire about eyelash extensions and was pleased at how knowledgeable she seemed. That was on a Monday…
11:45 Friday… the day of my appointment, I was very excited. I made sure I followed the directions. Clean face… check. No make up or face lotion… check. I wanted to be a little early because when I spoke to Sharon on Monday she expressed that she was going out of town, so I showed up fifteen minutes early grabbed a magazine and waited happily in the waiting area.
A few minutes after twelve a call comes into the salon. On the other end of the call was Sharon. She was running a few minutes late. That didn’t bother me. Who hasn’t been a few minutes late in their life at some point. I continued to wait and read up on the Hollywood gossip and stayed patient.
It wasn’t until I got a text that I realized what time it was. 12:32. I got up, walked out, and called my ride home.
Totally disappointed…
