So far I have purchased about two phones from this store. The first phone that I purchased was a galaxy s5. This phone had horrible reception. When I told T-​mobile about it they handled the situation right away by sending me a replacement phone. I rejected the package though. Just did not want the same phone again. A couple of weeks later, I went back to the store and got an iphone. There was no long wait time and they took care of my needs as soon as possible. They are very professional at this store. They’re very people oriented.

The manager is so rude (I think his name is Brian). He is so pushy with customers and he’s got attitude, he’s full of himself.
They enrolled me in JUMP (insurance) for my new phone without asking me. Reported them to their corporate office. Will never go back to this location.
