Officially called The Gallery. This is not a place for children!!! The units are way too small. We have a 17 month old and I thank my lucky stars I’m in the military and we transfer summer of 2015. The walls feel like their constantly closing in!!! Taylor at the front desk is great! The overnight crew is hit or miss, their friendless varies.

Wow, no reviews? Ok then… The official name is Gallery at White Flint. I bought my top 16th floor unit back in 2005 when the building converted from apartments to condos. It was my first home as an owner. Everything had a high end feel to it. I became a member of the Social Committee, served in various capacities on the HOA, and still have lots of friends there. Over time, a lot of the owners have moved out as it really is not a good place to raise a family. The units are just too small to have little ones running around! The location is superb, about a 5 min walk to the White Flint Metro and across the street from a soon to be renovated shopping center with a LaMadeline, Starbucks, and CVS. About a 10 min walk gets you to the Montrose Crossing Center with a Barnes and Noble and a Target and Giant. Don’t forget about the Harris Teeter within a 3 min walk down the hill! The only negative I’ve got is that as the head of the Social Committee fpr a few years, it was very VERY difficult to get the residents to help and participate. It was a constant battle to get anyone to life a finger to help run an event.(not the staff, but the residents) What is it, a sense of entitlement or something? I still own my unit there and with the ongoing expansion of the NRC, have had no problems finding renters. I’ve seen tenants(I say tenants because I do not know if they were owners or renters) give the front desk and staff a lot of grief. HEY people, they are not your concierge! This isn’t a hotel! I’ve never had any problems because I treated them with respect. If I were single or without kids, it is definitely a nice place to live!
