Great shop and Mo is always a friendly and fair man. Work is performed that is needed and there is never an up-​sell of ridiculous items you don’t need.
I recently took in my 58k mi vehicle to a dealer for a recall fix. I was told I needed a brake flush, coolant flush, transmission flush, fuel flush and a few other items totaling over 1500! I don’t understand how they can feel right doing this to people.
Stick with Mo and your cars will staying run and repairs are for what is needed.

Moved to Rockwall from Southern California and had to find a reasonable repair shop right away. We tried Horizon but they screwed up the simple repairs and had ripoff prices. The next place I found was Big D and we will never go anywhere else. Mo the manager is the best, treats you like family and only does what you NEED done. They always take care of us from oil changes and Inspections to an engine swap and Transmission trouble. We consider ourselves blessed to have found a local business that takes pride in their work for a fair price. Our experience has been the best, give Mo and the guys a chance to make a lifelong customer out of you too.

After returning a month after an oil change at that crappy place my car was completely drained of oil. My car is far from being old and broken down at all and I had previously had no leaks. If I had any at my prior visit they failed to notify me along with replacing my reminder sticker and adding washer fluid to the car. This was acknowledged by there staff when I told them this because there is no way that my car would have leaked that much considering I only drive about 15 miles a day and that’s on the 4 days that I work.
Without telling me they would charge me they decided to do a full oil change, which was not necessary considering I just had one a month ago. I tipped both guys for working on my car after the fact as a good gesture and was told as I was pulling off that I needed to pay for an oil change. When I explained to these idiots that why was I not given the option to just pay for the oil instead of a new filter and labor even they had no answers. One guy lied to my face and said he told me I was going to be charged for a full oil change. My car didn’t need it so I would’ve never agreed to it. The guy who worked on my hood who said that he told me I was going to be charged for an oil change coincidentally gave me my tip back.
I consider myself an honest person and I am also a business owner as well and there is no way I would have pulled off knowing that I owed fees for services rendered. They will never receive my business again and if you are a resident of Rockwall this is one business you should consider twice about supporting.

Awesome customer service! I’ve been to several shops in Rockwall for a simple oil change and they have have all failed me, except for Big D! Santino and Yazan were the ones who helped me and they were extremely friendly and professional. It was pretty busy but they still finished everything very quickly and it was half the price of what any other shop has charged me. Me and my whole family go here and I always recommend these guys to anyone I know!

No, I don’t think so because you would have to be crazy to invoke my anger like you have by contesting my statement here on Unilocal.Here’s a helpful video I made with my camera and by the way why don’t you upload your video that shows you took off my fuel tank. You did tell me you had a camera right?
Anyhow, here is the upload I made that proves you didn’t replace my fuel pump. After watching it you can either return my money for the fuel pump and labor as well as buying me new sparks or I will leave this here for everybody to see. Also, refund the money for the toll charge to my credit card before I give Capital One credit card company permission to start an investigation into this issue and they said you would be subject to fines over this issue if they agree with me. Thought you ought to know that the something is going to hit the fan if you contest me again. The spark plugs cost fifty dollars and the fuel pump cost 75 dollars you might want to stop by my address with that amount in cash because I will not make effort to come out there again.
Also how did you get it started? As you stated the distributor gear was sheared and you say you saw it so how did you manage to get it started even with all that jumping all around using this and that to get it running? If the distributor gear was sheared it doesn’t move around to give fire that’s needed for them funky spark plugs you put in my engine in order for it to run. Also, the sparks I had in there has a website that will tell you they work in my Jeep model. You are a terrible liar so you might want to keep your day job.

Great Service!!! I went in on a Saturday, the place was packed. Despite the busy day, they immediately acknowledged me and came to greet me as well as see what I was in for. In seconds they took my car off and I left to return when it was finished. The customer service was great, I value a business that truly cares for its customers and treats them with respect instead of an inconvenience. Customer for life!
