No need to have your own SUP equipment and having to transport and store it. Let Core Adventure Sports take care of all that at an affordable price. We had a great time with very friendly Dean and Stephanie. We will be back!

SUP Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga was a fabulously fun and exciting adventure for a few girlfriends from work. It was so nice to look up at the trees and clouds while floating in this serene setting. SUP yoga was strenuous and relaxing at the same time, and I worked muscles that haven’t seen action in years. Even if you don’t prefer to fall in, you may want to get into the water because it feels refreshing and cools you off during the hottest part of the summer. We bonded through the laughter and excitement of this adventure, and we can’t wait to go back and experience it again!

A great time for a girls weekend! It was so fun! Very knowledgable and explained the ins and outs of how it works. I felt very comfortable even being my first time. Can’t wait to come back next year. I highly recommend it. Wear sunscreen.

I started stand up paddle boarding, (SUP), with
last summer and the experience was great but now they have upped their game even more. They did a 12 yr old birthday party for my niece and 8 of her friends that was over the top fun. They also are going to be starting a SUP fitness class that will be both on and off the board and a yoga class on the boards. You don’t have to have a board or life jacket, just come, they have everything. These guys are great!
