Trust them with keeping my car good. But please keep the waiting area’s restroom clean… no suitable for women.

Received a flat due to road hazard and Firestone quickly repaired the tire with no questions asked. The manager and staff were very professional and easy to talk with.

Brought my car in the previous day and waited over 4hrs for the work to be done only to have the problem re-​occur that same evening. The car stalled out and I had it towed back. Apparently the new part that was put into my car was defective and more than 4hrs later, I still have not been given an approximate time of completion. The manager apologized and provided a free oil change. However, considering the inordinate wait and the defective parts, I will not be bringing my car back. Not even for an oil change. Lesson learnt, will be paying the extra and using my local dealership.

Totally got the big rip off. I was charged for items I didn’t ask for. I didn’t sign anything before I left. Big mistake. Always sign before you leave the garage or they will take advantage of you. I got hooked for 2700.00 worth. I will never go back. Please beware.

Welcomed by Aleksandra and immediate attention was provided. In at 0900 and out by 1030 with a full lifetime alignment on my 97 Dodge Viper GTS.
Services provided were impeccable, friendly and a very knowledgeable staff. New equipment and awesome care was used to put my «beast» back into proper order once again. Drives like new !!

Took my truck to get an alignment and they told me that they couldn’t do it because i had bad tie rods. I took it to 2 different mechanics and they both said they were fine. Seems that Firestone just wanted to make a little extra money off me ! I dont mind spending if its needed but i hate to be lied to! Disappointed

Awesome customer service. They get it right, and if they don’t, they make it right. I switched from discount tire years ago, and I’ve never looked back.

Me thinks not is right! I’ve taken my cars here several times and every single time they send me home with pages and pages of what needs to be fixed. This last time they told me that my truck wouldn’t pass inspection and I needed 900 bucks worth of work done and guess what? I am looking at my brand new inspection sticker right now that I got from Express Care in Rockwall the ver next day! Yes they inspected it just fine. BEWARE– take your vehicle elsewhere!!!

I had a flat on my Expedition yesterday, and my husband assured me that everything would be fine, as we have road hazard protection through Firestone. Well, when we got to Firestone, the tech told us that we actually did not have the protection that my husband was told at the time he purchased the tires. We had to go in this morning to speak with someone else. Alvin helped us, and my husband explained that we have had lots of work done there and with every set of tires, he always gets the road hazard. Alvin said that it was not in the system, so we would have to purchase the new tire, but he would give us a good deal on the road hazrd for the tires now. When I went to check out, he gave me the total and I looked at him like he must’ve had the wrong customer. My total should have been MUCH more than what he gave me. Alvin explained that he took care of the tire, and I was only paying for the road hazard for all of the tires and the balancing fee for the new one.
It’s nice to know that Firestone employs people that still believe in doing the right thing. Thank you, Alvin, and thank you, Firestone for doing the right thing!!! You will definitely have all of our future business for everything vehicle related!!!

I’ve been a repeat customer here for several years because they are flat-​out honest and professional.
Back in the day, Firestone’s were a little iffy but this place more than makes up for the past. They frequently have great discounts and the prices are already reasonable.
And several times, they have fixed little things for me for free.
I’ll keep coming back because I have too many damn cars and I save money here. The fact that they are actually trustworthy is icing on the cake.
Oh, BTW… cheaper than Wally World and those «discount» tire guys across the big road. The free Wi-​Fi and decent waiting room is also a huge plus.
