Clean and well organized. Love the fact that they have fabric that at other stores was out but had a supply at this store. Was wonderful to be able to get it. Also staff was friendly and willing to get to know what you are making. And offer help if you needed it.
Cutting station there was no line and check out was fast too.
Just a note always check for coupons and do the survey for 50% off.

This store is crazy, they have coupons but u can’t use it on anything that’s on sale and strangely everything is on sale. Hobby lobby gives u the better price if it’s on sale and u have a coupon. This store says they honor competitors prices but they don’t. I won’t go back– I’ll stay at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

This is my first time in THIS Joann Fabric location, though I’ve been shopping at other Joann locations for years and I am SO glad I visited the Rockwall store. Out of convenience, I normally visit the Plano location on Alma Dr.
The Plano location has very unstable customer service with a few courteous employees paired with some really disgruntled, unfriendly ones. But in the name of my love for sewing & crafts and driving convenience to the Plano store, I’ve dealt with the good and bad the store offers. But the breaking point is, as I found out today, the Plano store has withheld a very important service that I should’ve been privy to which could have saved me hundreds of dollars if not more in all my years of shopping with Joann. But not once has anyone at that location offered me this money-​saving deal despite my being an extremely loyal and frequent customer.
The manager and employees at the Rockwall location were all very nice and honest. I felt their sincere concern for my lack of knowledge of the money saving deal. Their store is much more neat, clean, and spacious, offering the same abundance of products as the Plano store. I will definitely be going to them from now for all my sewing/​crafting needs and strongly advise others to do the same — don’t settle for the poor to mediocre service the Plano store offers, go where you get good service, caring employees, and a great shopping experience!
