I really had a good experience with this doctor. I hadn’t ever had an aye appointment before and as such I didn’t want to give him a rating before I’d seen another doctor at work to compare.
He was very thorough. I noticed his exam took a lot longer than the other doctor. He also seemed genuinely interested in your vision and health, and wasn’t just performing his job as required. He was also very friendly and professional. He was very patient with me even though I had no idea what was going on. I have a hard time explaining things out loud as well and he was patient when I wasn’t making any sense to him.
He was personable and mentioned his family in comparison to an experience I was talking about. I had a late appointment so I would have expected him to be impatient and ready to go home but that didn’t seem to be the case.
The lady at the front desk also took the time to explain to me exactly how my insurance works for glasses with an actual example.
Overall I really have no complaints. I don’t think their selection was all that great, but most glasses look the same to me anyway.
