Superb customer service from Jumpy Joey Trampoline Company in Rockwall, TX. We had a bad storm a few weeks ago and the trampoline went airborne and got damaged. Thankfully Jump Joey was able to come out on a Sunday and helped me get it fixed back up along with some heavy duty anchors. I had to order some replacement parts for the bars, they got here within a week and Jumpy Joey came and installed the new bars. My son is very excited and jumps with more confidence now.

Jumpy Joey gave us the most AMAZING customer service I have experienced in a long time, and the quality of the trampolines he offers is top-​of-​the line. A quality trampoline is an investment (in fun and safety), and he did not take that lightly. He was super thorough and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best and safest set up for our two young children.
When we decided to get a backyard trampoline for our kids, I had no idea what I was in for… internet searches, review research… and a huge price and quality spectrum to comprehend. Not to mention, our backyard situation is a little precarious, and we had limited options and space to even put a trampoline.
