Mirror-Mirror Hair Studio

To the person who wrote the one star review, two things: first, you’ve never actually been to this studio or partaken of their services so I don’t find you adequately qualified to review. Second, my experience has been that in most service industry based businesses to include the restaurant and medical industries is that receptionists and desk girls aren’t always the friendliest. Should they be? Absolutely. But they’re not getting paid well and they aren’t working their dream job. So typically you get mediocre customer service from these people and you have to kind of let it roll off of you and look at the experience as a whole. All that being said, Regina is my girl and she’s good at what she does! I’ve been with her since she was in hair school and she rocks. She is like a mind reader when it comes to what style you are looking for. Their prices are a little high but not too extreme. I can’t complain. I’ll definitely be back to see my girl!

I have never been to mirror-​mirror hair studio… simply because I can’t even get through to speak to a receptionist. The first time I called someone answered «hello?» in a rude tone and then hung up immediately. I tried again, someone picked up and hung up right away. Needless to say, I won’t be going there.
