Pizza Hut

Let’s be realistic… you know what you are getting at Pizza Hut… it’s not gourmet pizza but it is good. I’ve always had a good experience with this location.

We’ve had difficulties at this place several times. This is the story of the most recent one:
I was working late (I’m not home yet), so my wife decided to get pizza for us because they were all hungry, it’s been a hard week, and didn’t want the drama associated with cooking dinner for fussy toddlers after the food should already be on the table.
So she ordered pizza. When she picked up the pizza, it was the wrong meat — sausage. She asked for hamburger. The manager argued that it was hamburger and not sausage, but she made him taste it and he ate his words. So they fired up new pizzas, but she heard them talking in the back and they couldn’t get it right. They said to do sausage, so she corrected them again.
These second pizzas ALSO had sausage. She didn’t point it out this time, the cashier did. She was just ready to go. So they fired up more pizzas.
The third set of pizzas actually had the right meat and other toppings, but when she got home, she realized that it was all under cooked and the crust was basically raw. Seriously?!?
The manager argued with her, gave no apology, and the ironic thing is that she got pizza because I was working late and thought she would buy pizza with less drama and time than cooking at home with 2 hungry toddlers.
So go somewhere else. Save your money.
Just don’t go here.

I have a health concern, the manager at this location has herpes or some sort of infection on his lips and mouth. I don’t see how he is allowed to work and handle food. And I don’t mean regular acne. I just don’t feel comfortable anymore going to this location. Plus the customer service at this location is horrible, I had to wait a long time before somebody even realized I was at the counter.

I don’t know what they’ve done to their «new improved» pizza, but it stinks! Oh my gosh, when I was riding home with a pizza in the car the kids were all begging to roll
Down the windows because it stunk so much like feet/​funk! Gross! Doesn’t do much for the appetite! The kids call Pizza Hut «feet pizza». Needless to say that will be my last experience with feet pizza. :/

DISGUSTING !! I have ordered Wings from here on many occasions. The last 2 times they shorted me 1 wing each time. No big deal, but at least give me what I pay for. I called the on duty manager and he said «I’m sorry, it won’t happen again». That is all he would say. Well I ordered Wings again last night for my wife and I, and the next day I was was eating the leftovers. Well I thought I was going to vomit when I got to the last «weird looking» wing. I started eating it and saw something different about it. It looked like it had feathers on it, also a sharp bone poking out. I took a pic of it, then washed it off with water and found
IT DID HAVE FEATHERS ON IT. After fighting back the barf, I took a pic of it. Look for the before and after pictures of it. I will be calling their Corp Office about this, cause this is just too gross. I think I will call the Health Dept too!

I order out for pizza a couple of times a month. This Pizza Hut is pretty close to our house. The food and service are just OK. They do about the minimun they can do to get by. At least it does not cost too much.
