I lived in Rockwall Commons for three months while my house was being built. For the most part my family and I enjoyed the the complex, they were very prompt on maintenance request. The only few issues that new residence need to be aware of is that 1) the business center is only open while the office is open and the wifi is extremely weak. When my husband spoke to the manager about it she told him to contact AT&T. This bothered me as this is not our account or responsibility to call on. Some are kind of rude, for example, I was told to come by at anytime to sign a form and the manager seemed a bit irritated that I came by without an appointment… I am sorry you asked me to come by so here I am was my response. 2) There is a charge to reserve the theater.3) The other issue is I requested in writing to be apart of the walk through after we moved and were never contacted. I received a letter in the mail stating they are keeping $ 75 for a drawer that was not cleaned. I cleaned every single drawer. The drawer was stained from make-up from the previous tenant as I did not store my make-up in the drawer. I emailed the office to discuss and never received a response. I guess they always try to find any reason to keep your money.

This apartment complex is completely shady. Don’t move here. Everyone acts all sweet and nice while you live there but as soon as you move out. They gouge you for expenses for you moving out. I lived in this apartment for four months. They charged me over $ 2000 for expenses. They refuse to return any calls and are completely shady!!! Renters Beware!!!
