I am very pleased with the service I received from the guys over at Ship Shape. Used once before around 2011 with the previous owners and service was ok. However took my Malibu back to them and found out that they have new owners and all new staff. The service this time was fantastic. Boat turned out great and in two days they had my boat detailed and back on the water.

Sorry, subpar service is what we received from this business. One star for not charging us for this ‘service’. Due to business constraints, we don’t often get to the lake and were so looking forward to our 4^th of July weekend. I had contracted with Ship Shape to clean and summerize our boat. We got to the lake and the boat was dead with lines left unconnected that my husband reconnected. No one to talk to over the holiday weekend and I finally spoke to Ship Shape this morning (Monday). I never heard an apology, a big red flag in the customer service business. They told my husband they forgot to tell us that our battery was dead! Just telling y’all, I don’t want you to make the same mistake that I did in trusting this company. Very unprofessional.

We have used Ship Shape for the past two years on our boat at Lake Ray Hubbard. They clean the boat every two weeks and do a great job of making sure our boat is clean and ready for use every time we arrive at the marina. It is a great service that makes our lives so much easier.
