Love that they deliver, sushi tastes fresh, and they deliver in about 20 minutes.

The tuna towers are amazing and not over priced. I order one for me and I do not share it haha it is that good. The sushi is good too I haven’t had a roll I didn’t like yet. Place seems clean too so that’s a plus and it’s pretty quiet too.

If you’re searching for good and affordable sushi, this is the place to go to. The people there are very sweet. They don’t mind assisting you and answer any questions that you have. SushiBox also offers delivery!!! It’s definitely one of my go to place! I usually get the scorpion roll and the black pearl roll, which have raw fish. They also have a lot of non-raw fish on the menu. Good price and good food, I highly recommend you guys to give this place a try.

It’s really rare that I give a place 5 stars but sushi box deserves it. The food is incredible and the chef and staff merit that rating. Deep in mind, it’s a small restaurant in a strip center. It is largely geared to take out and only had a few tables. You go to a counter to order. It is not a fancy, elegant restaurant. However, the sushi surpasses what I get in more elegant places, and for far less money. I have sushi about once a week and it is easily the best I have had in several months. I don’t go to Rockwall often but when I do I’ll make a point of visiting sushi box.

We have tried the place twice; ordered several items — the raw sushi isn’t fresh-tasting. We ate one piece each and threw it away it was so bad. The spicy tuna was mushy and had an awful aftertaste. Hope we don’t get sick. They use frozen, not fresh, edamame and steam it in the microwave. My husband saw this happen while waiting for order.

Very limited selection & most of the rolls are variations on the dreaded California roll or they have that orange«slicy mayo»(which I hate). What they did have was good though. With my caveat about the rolls.

Great sushi in Rockwall. Me and mom got 5 rolls. We added cream cheese to the tiger roll, my only complaint is it was a dollar more but they didn’t add much :( All the rolls we got tasted very fresh and they came out quick. We got Louisiana roll, tiger roll, sunset roll, baked salmon roll. And I can’t quite remember the other one we got. The place isn’t fancy, very casual which I liked. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood over there hidden by the lake.

A very good sushi restaurant in Rockwall! We ordered several fried Gyoza for the kids, plus a Spicy Salmon roll, a Geisha roll, a Pretty Woman roll & Baked Salmon roll. There are alot more option on the menu and I can’t wait to return and try more! As far as drink options, it is BYOB and they have coke products and tea. Yummalicious!

The sushi is amazing I don’t get sushi very often cause my wife doesn’t eat it so when I get the chance to get some the place has to be pretty darn good to get me to come back and this place hits the mark. Their Tiger roll is outstanding and their standard spicy tuna roll is to die for. Great job I will be coming back

My friend currently works here, and he recommended I come by to check it out. Nice little quaint restaurant, clean, and friendly staff. I ordered two special rolls: Black Pearl Roll & Rainbow Roll. Rice-to-fish ratio was exactly how I I like it; not too much rice. Fish was fresh tasting and the spicy tuna within my Black Pearl Roll had a nice amount of heat, and it was actually spicy unlike a few sushi restaurants I’ve been to where they like to add sriracha and call it a day haha. Rolls themselves were pretty decent in size; higher than my expectations and not skimpy at all. Two rolls definitely made me full. Definitely will come back if I’m ever around the area!

I love this place! This is my new go-to sushi in Rockwall. It’s a shame there’s not a place like this near north Fort Worth where I live. The sushi taste fresh, it’s plentiful, all around $ 6 – 9 dollars per roll. Amazing deal!!! If that wasn’t enough, the more rolls you get, the better discount you receive. They do not skimp on the rolls either! I was definitely full after 2 special rolls. Normally any other sushi restaurant, 2 rolls will satisfy my stomach, but not fill me up. I got the fire dragon(eel) roll. My FAV!!! The geisha was good too. But since I have braces, the tempura shrimp was a bit hard for me to chew. My friend got 2 crunch rolls which looks delicious but I could not have any due to the crunchy parts which would not fly with my braces. So this place is small. Definitely to-go or if you stay here, very small groups due to the small amount of tables and space. There are about 8 small tables fitted for 2 – 4 ppl each. I love this place! I’m coming here again!

excellent sushi at reasonable prices. the staff was exceptional! we arrived 45 minutes until closing, and they were accommodating… they provided us great service even though we came in so close to their closing time. they didn’t rush us out like some places do, they let us finish our meal without disturbance. we will surely dine-in again in the near future! kudos to the staff there on 2÷17÷16. and the food came out FAST!

Every city needs a place like this. Good sushi prepared to order at quick dining prices. The wife and I shared 3 rolls and enjoyed soft drinks, the bill, $ 25.00 wow! By my count the restaurant only seats 18 persons however I watched several folks come in to pick up to go orders and one delivery order went out. Low overhead makes you the winner. Family operated, friendly, clean and a easy to get to location. Go, Now, Enjoy…

I come here quite often. The menu is very large and has about everything you want from a sushi place. The inside sits around 30 people(tables of 4). A little hidden Gem in Rockwall. It is so good that I’m actually going to eat there tonight. Highly recommended.

Pretty tasty! The delivery was quick & friendly. I tried the Tempura Roll(9⁄10), the Cajun Roll(8⁄10) & the Spicy California Roll(7⁄10). I’m looking forward to trying their other rolls.

The sushi here cannot be beat in this area. I have not had good sushi since I left home on the coast of the northeast. I have searched and searched and came up empty handed or with stinky fish or with spongy fish. What? Yea. Spongy. I said it. Gross. This place has great quality fish that keeps me coming back for more. I crave them almost every week. The price point is a reasonable for this area, the portions are pretty large, and the service is always polite and accommodating. What else can a fish loving gal want? Salmon. Lots of it. A few notes on the food: they use miso soup packets to make their soup which results in Spongy tofu. Not the best. Their Maki rolls are super rice heavy so the balance is a little off but obviously not enough to deter me. The Maki rolls could also be a little tighter. The nigiri is done really really well with great knife work on the fish. Salmon is nice and buttery but they serve some sort of white fish that I was totally not into.

Sushi in this place was really good. Environment not so much. I really enjoyed the sushi here. Everything I tasted was great. Tuna, salmon, snapper sashimi was typical but the salmon here had a better consistency than other places around. I also tried the sexy, shogun and California rolls. The sexy and shogun rolls are cucumber wrapped which has become a favorite of mine. Sushi box pulled them off without a hitch.(See pics). The pricing is also good very reasonable. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the ambiance/environment. They have only two tables capable of seating more than two people. Half the sushi bar stares at a wall and it’s sorta empty and cold feeling. Also they have sodas in bottles not fountain so no refills.
