Place has horrible service. Previous review stating otherwise must work there or know someone who works there because: damn! First off they never answer their phone. I even called them while I was in the store and heard no ringing. One associate told me i couldn’t return a product even though I had the reciept and it said that due to the holidays i have more time to return my product (Item was still sealed). Other than that its your typical Gamestop. go in for one thing and get nagged to preorder or trade your stuff in.

Excellent customer service along with an efficiently run store makes this one of the best retail locations in the state. Everything is easy to find, labeled clearly, and flyers you don’t see anywhere else that immediately draw your attention. Sam, one of the employees, is very attentive and easy to work with. Will go again!
