Took someone there reluctant to go in first place. He was having chest pain and discomfort unlike before but figured maybe some heart burn. He wanted to at least get checked out quickly as it wasn’t excruciating pain at the time. He was told by check in staff there was an hour and half wait and then told he could go up the road to the other urgent care off Sunset. Needless to say I just drove him to Nash ER and he was treated promptly. Not sure now if I would even visit this urgent care for a bandaid! Incompetent staff triaging patients is not a place I would trust again!
