I went to this nail salon last week with such high hopes, based on the previous reviews. I am sad to say, my nails are anything but satisfactory. My nails are very uneven in length, one even has a large dip in the tip of the nail. I pointed this out to the technician 3 times, each time I was told not to worry about it they would take care of it. They never did. I am also upset that my nails starting lifting off the edges just two days after I had them done.
I could not recommend this nail salon for having your nails done, but as I set there, I watched them give pedicures, and they seem to do a very thorough job.

What I like best was the customer service from the door. Was at another nail place up the street & left because there was no greeting or acknowledgment of us waiting. I decided to Unilocal another spot & ended up here! Glad I did because we got attended to rite away. Even when other people came in for service we weren’t rushed at all, one reason is because unlike the place up the street Sunset Nail has enough employees to handle the load. Great experience!
