I stopped in the store in hopes they could help me procure a very tiny laptop screw for a build I was making. Not only did they offer the screw free of charge, they brought out a box to let me pick and choose, and even lent me a screwdriver to check my stand-​off. I was very happy to have a place nearby willing to help out someone building a computer who was in a bind — They legitimately saved me either two weeks of waiting for a replacement from the manufacturer or a 100 mile roundtrip visit to Microcenter. I could not have been happier with the kindness and good service presented to me at Etopia. The clerk was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly into his job. If you aren’t tech savvy or you just need some last minute help as I did, I cannot recommend them enough. I will be keeping them in mind when I need something locally.

Do Not bring your computer anywhere else — do not go yo best buy or staples — they broke and damaged my 1500.00 dell xps — jason was the only one that could fix it — see him for repair. compuer upgrades — ebay and vhs to DVD videos — you have found the best .
