LOVELOVELOVE! The staff is very knowledgeable & really take their time with you. All of their beds are high end & their prices beat any other tanning salon around.

Been in there a few times. Totally changing up staff. Went in today, with 3 girls working. There were 3 people waiting to be helped and the one girl behind the counter said wait until the girl gets done cleaning. I get she needs to be trained, but there are 3 people waiting to be helped, do it at a more convenient time. Then when I got checked in for my bed, she said it’d be 3 minutes. 20 minutes later, nothing. Then the three girls proceeded to gossip and not pay any attention to the customers. I ended up walking out, it was so unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

Awesome! Would totally recommend! Great price for unlimited tanning year round. Bianca at the desk is so knowledgable and friendly. The beds are always clean and ready to go. So far, I’ve never seen a bulb out.

Not a good experience. Be careful if you sign up for the EFT Program — there is a $ 30 sign-up feee charge which I wasn’t notified of until the girl at the front desk already had my credit card in her hand, about to swipe it! Also, when you want to cancel it, you must give them at least 10 days notification INPERSON and INWRITINGBEFORE your next payment is due, or else you will be charged for another month.(It’s in the small print, of course.) Also, if you give them your email address, you will receive junk email constantly. They also try to sell you $ 60 tanning lotion when you arrive for your appointment. I’ve decided that self-tanning is better than cancer… or the sneaky ways in which Pacific Tan gets a hold of your money. I also had to block«Brad» who I assume is the owner. Apparently, honest reviews upset him and he felt the need to send me a nasty message with many a typo. Not how adequate customer service works.
