Stay away from this Best Cuts wannabe. I went in for a simple fade and the trainee I had was more interested in chit chat than actually listening to me. As I watched her take the fade, a 0 on the clippers, higher and higher I was wondering when she would stop. She didn’t. Next thing I know there goes a strip of the hair on the top of my head. Then the idiot tried to «make it match» on the other side and left me looking like a mongoloid hitler youth. I walked out of there with a shaved head and her pitiful«Sorry». I’ll never go back and I highly suggest no one else ever does. You could get better results using a Floobee at home with your eyes closed.

I stumbled into Lady Janes several years ago on a whim. I needed my hair cut… and for me to say that meant something as previously before 2010 I had not cut my hair other than at-home dead-ends trims in 11 years. Now I was back in Corporate world and it demanded a new level of professionalism no matter how much I may have disagreed. So I went out in search of a hair cut. I had not been happy with GreatCuts since they are the ones who stole(okay, I paid them to) my glorious mane! Anyway, so I come across LJ and I have never gone anywhere since. The lovely ladies aside, the place is just Comfortable! From the very plush leather recliners, the large TVs playing sports, cartoons, and news. Each chair has their own tv and comfortable atmosphere. As of this last time I went I have begun printing my boys in; they offer a wash wit the cut for just $ 2 more. They treated both boys amazingly as well. After my cut was the hot towel and a magnificent quick neck rub that completed the feeling of being more than just a cut but a male’s salon style Experience. My location of choice is Rocky River and stylist is Deonna. They are constantly striving to better themselves with classes, new styles and techniques, and keeping all of their equipment pristine. This place gets 6 thumbs up! Yup, me and my boys each!

I was not impressed with the girl who cut my hair. No personality, left hair all over me after the haircut. Everybody else in the place looked happy. Attitude is everything. Maybe I picked the wrong chick

Just a short and sweet update… still going here, and even started going about every 3 weeks instead of monthly. In general I notice a lot of the same employees working there, which is kinda rare to find in a lot of hair cut chains. I still get my hair cut by Samantha, who remembers exactly how I like my cut. We share a nice chat, she provides good, fast and reliable service, and I look forward to my next cut. Will keep going back for sure!
