This is a tough one to review. Having never been to another dry cleaner for anything I’ve really got nothing to compare them to. They’re located in a strip mall in Rocky River and they appear to be owned and operated by a foreign family with thick accents. They’re not terribly friendly but I suppose they’re passable in a slightly distant, matter-​of-​fact old Russian grandma kind of way, and there’s a creepy looking large family portrait on the wall whose eyes will follow you around the room. It definitely has personality. Now for the reason I went there…
I had to take my vintage wool car coat in for a button repair and cleaning. I looked up dry cleaners on Unilocal and came across this place. It’s definitely out of the way for me but given the stellar reviews I couldn’t help myself. I dropped the coat off and it was ready about five days later. I wasn’t in a hurry so no big deal. The total damage was about $ 18 all in. It seemed expensive to me but hell, how would I know?
The button was sewn back on and given the overall stiffness of my coat I’d guess it was cleaned. Mission accomplished. I just don’t get the 5-​star reviews, they’re a freakin’ dry cleaner.
BTW, they’re a cash/​check only kinda place. There are still places that take personal checks?

My husband forgot to get his dry cleaning done before Thanksgiving and then I forgot to get it out early the day before. I called Norge and she accepted the items a little later in the day and had them done by 5! She remembered who I was when I came back and had it all ready. I truly appreciate the customer service and the clothes look great.

These people have worked some serious miracles on my clothes. Not only are they fantastic cleaners and tailors, they also do repairs that make my stuff look brand new. It’s not like I’m in there every week, but they always remember my last name without asking. Prices are very reasonable, too. I recently strayed to a spendier competitor while Norge was on vacation, and my wallet is crying after that bill.
Cash only, but it doesn’t bother me.

Great work without the funky «dry-​cleaned» smell. Bonus for being next to the Heinen’s… two birds and all that.
