Bright, clean showroom with a great selection of various knives at every price point. Sheryl was just as nice as can be and was happy to show us the different offerings and share a bit of the history. She said that Mr. Russell is 82 years old and has been designing knives since he was 9. However, they carried more than just his knives. If you are in the market for a knife then definitely check this place out.

Horrible customer service. My wife bought me a refurbished rotary phone for Christmas. She bought it a month earlier. When I opened it, it was shattered. They would not replace or refund, saying I should have filed a claim with UPS when I got it! It wasn’t opened before Christmas. I just pissed away $ 300.00.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!

My dad and I have been shopping here for over 25 years. Back then they were in a small building behind his home, now they are in a large warehouse and showroom. If it has to do knives or anything knife related, shop her first. Kitchen, hunting, specialty, military, or just basic gentlemen’s carry, they have it. My two girls, ages 7 & 8 kept asking when they could get their first knives. My 8yo picked out a nice SOG while the 7yo had more expensive taste.
