Extremely slow to repair anything in the apartment (my neighbor had no heat and a partially-​collapsed roof for over 2 weeks in December 2013). Promised to build a fence when I moved in to keep neighbors from parking in our driveway — it never went up. For at least half of the time I lived in the apartment, either the building’s washer or drier was broken and they were always replaced with 15+ year old units that broke down again. I have been chasing them to refund deposits after moving out 6 months ago — twice I have been told they no longer manage the property with a promise to receive a text with the owner’s contact info — I have not received that info yet.
