Driving with my husband and our two children (5yr old daughter and 1yr old son) to see the newest addition to my family. Our tire happened to go flat right by Auto body plus we pulled into the parking lot to switch out the tire. Realized we didn’t have a jack with us. Stopped in to see if we could use one of theirs. They told us no even though we were in there parking lot right out the door. They said they don’t borrow jacks out to strangers. How rude! There are some situation where I can see that being appropriate, but we weren’t down the road we were in the parking lot. I would think that they would have had better customer service. I don’t even work at a car shop and have helped out people in need. I will never refer them and hope that the manager gets an attitude adjustment.
