The location is great, right next to the water with great views. But the rooms are not cleaned. There are spider webs in them. Ants came out from the walls with any drop of food on the floor. The play ground area is very old and not clean from spiders and several pieces are broken. We also had gas stolen out of one of our car tanks during the night. It might be worth $ 75 a night, not the $ 140 we paid
