I went in there for advice, they went to bat on my behalf with the manufacturer. I had an out-​of-​warranty shock that was blown and they got the manufacturer to send me a new one (free of charge). No agenda with these guys. Another bike shop in Bentonville off Walton charged me around $ 60 to send off the same shock for a rebuild last time and all they had to do was remove it and put it in a box (I had to pay the $ 160 for the rebuild too). GPP Cycling just got a lifetime customer. They’re right in downtown Rogers and their new shop is sweet.
