Love the food, love the service, love the atmosphere… But the uncomfortable red metal chairs have GOTTOGO! It makes you dread sitting for a few hours!

This is an exceptional restaurant in Rogers, Arkansas and I would not be surprised to hear the chef is a James Beard or similar award winner on the future. The prix fix dinner menu on the weekends is truly delicious and inventive. 3 courses with a few amuse bouches in between and so resonably priced. The meal would cost at least 4 times as much in Chicago or New York but here it is served in a wonderful cosy restaurant in downtown Rogers with charming waitstaff and every plate leaves you wondering what’s next and how they can top the previous. Our dinner of salad with burrata with mushrooms and lamb entrée were cooked to perfection but also plated beautifully. Dessert was probably one of the most creative but also delicious that I have had in years. The wait list is long but do yourself a favor and get on it before the year is done. Heirloom offers a really memorable dinner at a fantastic price that makes you appreciate living in northwest Arkansas with all this talent.

Heirloom was the first place I was sent when I visited Northwest Arkansas. It worked, I moved here and continue to frequent this local favorite. A unique place with unique people the chef and his wife are fully involved with every aspect of the restaurant. The soups, sandwiches and salads are healthy, fun and oh so damn good. Dinner is so popular you are lucky to get in, sometimes there is over a month wait. It’s this good.

I can not stop gushing about this place! We went last night for a combo birthday/anniversary celebration — my sister made the reservations four months in advance! She assured me it was the best restaurant in NWA and did not exaggerate. Everything was unique and prepared perfectly. I’ve lived all over the world and have had some amazing food in my life so when I say this place topped the list, know that is a very long and distinguished list. We made our next reservations while we were there… 4 months later! I don’t even mind because this place is definitely worth the wait.

I came here for Heirloom after dark on Friday. Probably one of the best meals I have ever had. I have traveled all over the world and live in Atlanta and this place is better than most places I have been. The atmosphere is incredible. We used all 5 senses… taste of course, smell… when they placed the burning sprig of rosemary on our table, sight… the presentation of the meal was beautiful and you got to see the chef preparing the plates, touch… they served us popcorn and tempura broccoli that we ate with our hands, sound… excellent choice of music and you could hear the chef preparing the food, for example whipping the cream to go on the dessert right before it was served. Just an incredible experience all around. Get on their list NOW!

Literally the best restaurant by far in NWA. One of the best meals my boyfriend and I have ever had and we grew up in NY and have travelled all over !!!-6 different courses all seasonally relevant and beautifully prepared. Cannot find a better locally inspired restaurant with food that is perfectly paired with unique flavors to create a fabulous eating experience. Even non-adventurous eaters will love this place, as none of the flavors are overpowering but completely complimentary. Any true foodie will have HUGE respect for Heirloom. The chef was trained in LA and Vegas and has opened restaurants there. We will recommend this to anyone– an amazing price for fabulous food. I cannot get over the amount of respect and thought that was put into every single course. Started with house-made oak bread with sea salt on top of cultured Amish butter. Second– sweet potato with mint and mango chutney and a miso aioli oh and of course pickled onions– AMAZING! Third– blue cheese olive oil and sea salt popcorn(they use War eagle pop as the base and change the flavors) Fourth– charcoal tempura cauliflower with smoked chili aioli— also completely amazing flavor. Fifth-duck breast with roasted apples, celery root purée and shaved celery root. So beautifully made. This was orgasmic. Sixth– semolina cake with orange meringue, blueberries and orange cream. All of the courses were portioned perfectly so you did not feel overly full. The timing was great between each meal and of course they only serve great wines and the top craft beer in Arkansas– Ozark! Couldn’t say one bad thing about the restaurant! Keep on being you Heirloom! Totally awesome!

Somehow this place has escaped my radar for a number of years. It was truly a hidden gem. Food was exceptional and had wonderful presentation(love the mismatched have heirloom style plates/cups/etc.). Split an appetizer and sample platter with my wife and loved it. Menu changes regularly so come back often :). They accept reservations(which I could see being needed in busier times of the year) and would be a perfect place for a date night or small gathering. Why are you still reading this? Head over there and give it a try!

Don’t bother with the other«fine dining» restaurants in NWA-make a beeline for Heirloom. The food is on par with some of the Michelin star restaurants we’ve eaten at in San Francisco and New York. And the chef does it all BYHIMSELF! Waitstaff is friendly and extremely knowledgable. The atmosphere is relaxed(But make an effort to wear a collared shirt please!). You must make reservations for dinner. Lunch is fantastic, too. I can think of a couple of places that need to fire their so-called chefs and hire this guy for 5x what they’re paying their current chef. Chef Jason is definitely a rare talent!

This place has recently changed owners and therefore is a little different. their hours are more dinner time now and they are not serving breakfast tacos in the morning. They are typically open Thurs, Fri and Saturday night for dinner I believe, but check their Facebook page for more details. I think also lunch on Fridays with an occasional brunch on Sundays. you must have reservations!

5 stars for lunch. 3 stars for dinner. Lunch was perfect and one of my favorite meals in northwest Arkansas. Dinner was overly salty, some over cooked, some undercooked, lower quality than expected, and high priced. The experience was fun and unique for NWA. I’d recommend going for a fun date night. If you know how to cook, you can probably make a better dinner at home though.

If you haven’t tried Heirloom After Dark, you haven’t experienced all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer in the culinary arts. We went last Friday night before the theater — superb. Prix fixe menu weekend evenings, all local, all fresh ingredients prepared in the most delicious and imaginative way possible. Don’t miss this gem in downtown Rogers!(And lunch is always fabulous, too! Just a soup, salad, and sandwich — don’t bother trying to choose. Just get the taster and same them all!)

Today was our 2nd time to eat at Heirloom. If possible the meal was even more creative & delicious than our first visit. We plan on eating lunch there again this week. You absolutely must try this place!

Excellent quality in ingredients, but lack of readable menu. What would I like to drink? I guess water because I do not know the options. Love the open kitchen, think it’s a bit overpriced considering the lack of options. That being said, I really did appreciate the flavors of the food. $ 12-$ 15 for a lunch is a value when you get to choose exactly what sounds good, not when its a mini salad, soup, sandwich and you don’t particularly like one or two of the items.

A friend invited me to go there to eat lunch we got there just before noon and the waitress said all they had was 3 ½ sandwiches left so we thought okay will just take what they have, everyone had said it was pretty good, the food came out it was a hot openface sandwich of sorts some bean soup I’m assuming and a salad that little tiny plate cost$ 15, I don’t know what kind of sandwich it taste more like eggs Benedict than a sandwich the beans had no liquid in them so that could’ve been soup, the salad was okay I will never set foot in that place again When I told the waitress I wasn’t happy that the food was not that good she totally ignored me and we left.

A foodies delight! Heirloom after dark is a wonderful farm to table restaurant. Chef Jason is a gifted new American chef. Each week his menu changes to reflect the inspiration he finds from local purveyors. The restaurant is only open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights so be sure to make your reservation.

I came here last night for a dinner party and it was great! I’ve been wanting to try this place for a little while so I was excited to finally have the chance. PARKING: There is street parking. The nearest streets are 2nd and Walnut. To my knowledge you don’t have to pay for any parking, at least I never have and never seen a spot that you have to pay. WAIT: This place is very small, I think it only holds about 20 – 22 people. I’m not sure if you need reservations for lunch, but I would recommend it. Definitely make reservations if you want to go at night — which is open Friday & Saturday nights. FOOD: Amazing!!! I love that the menu is always changing. It is delicious, fresh, unique and yummy(had to emphasis the taste a second time haha). They post their menu on their website daily for lunch. For Heirloom«After Dark»(Friday & Saturday nights), they post their menu that previous Wednesday. Last night the group I was with were primarily Vegan, so Heirloom made sure the entire 5 courses were 100% Vegan. This is what we ate: 1. Almond, Zucchini Hummus 2. Smoked Cauliflower Soup, with preserved lemon and crispy olive. 3. Sea Salt & Vinegar Popcorn 4. Roasted King Oyster Mushroom, Celery Root Purée, Arkansas Black Apple, & Juniper Mustard 5. «Milk» Chocolate Panna Cotta, Hazelnut, Orange & Espresso All of it was so delicious! I was so impressed with it. Such great dishes and very unique. Loved it. I am very excited to come back again to try more dishes! The chef, from what I was told and heard, is very experienced. He has been trained by very talented culinary chefs. You need to come here! AMBIANCE: Small, quaint, and chic. Nice little restaurant. I love that it is small because it feels intimate. Intimate with the staff and chef. Great place! CUSTOMERSERVICE: Awesome!!! So friendly and helpful. 5 start service.

Delicious! Had a wonderful business lunch on the patio this afternoon and had the most wonderful lunch — soup, salad and a sandwich — with home grown veggies including heirloom tomatoes. Each item was fresh and full of flavor. Portions were well-sized. Service was excellent. A true gem.

First time here for a Saturday Lunch Table for 2 Atmosphere: It is like no other. Small, rustic, quaint, adorable, homey, inviting… you feel like you’ve been invited over to their home for lunch! The kitchen is in plain sight and you feel like you’ve been teleported to another country. I’m in love with the setup of this place! Check out some of the pictures. Service: So friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that they wear handkerchiefs in their hair like they just walked in from gathering fresh herbs and collecting eggs from the coop. Food: One of my favorite things about this little restaurant is their use of fresh local produce straight from the farmer’s market. My other favorite thing about this place is the changing menu. Jen creates a beautiful assortment of delicious dishes including vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free choices every week depending on the available freshness she can gather. I wish I can try every dish she creates! What an exciting experience it is to try something different every time… especially knowing that it’s going to be delicious! On the menu the week I went were as follows: Cauliflower + Andouille Sausage Gratin creamy gouda sauce, almonds, bread crumbs Morroccan Carrot + Kale Salad toasted almonds, chickpeas, lemon-cumin-garlic dressing(gf, vegan) Charcuterie Plate — aged genoa salami, Kent Walkler goat gouda, house pickles, ciabatta slices Vidalia-Lentil Stew(gf, vegan) We had everything on the menu and let’s just say, I still have dream about the Carrot and Kale salad, and lentil stew. Every single bite and spoonful was a little absolutely delicious! Crackers were homemade, pickles are homemade, and everything had the perfect seasoning in place to complement the ingredients included. Overall: WELLDONEJEN! RECOMMENDATIONSTOTHEGUESTS: Reserve or go early to ensure food before they run out. RECOMMENDATIONSTOTHEOWNERS: Longer hours? Everything else is just perfect the way it is.

Fantastically fresh, unique, and ever changing! Their concept is that they make up a new menu each Monday depending on what’s in season and what strikes the fancy of the chef. They also take input from the customers and bring back the crowd favorites. My favorite things so far were the grilled polentas with goat cheese and walnut cranberry tapanade and the roasted eggplant with spiced crisp chickpeas, greek yogurt, pomegrante arils with fresh homemade pitas. The place is run by the chef and her parents, and they treat it like they’re welcoming you into their home when you go in. They also have some handmade items from local creative types a la Etsy, and heirloom non-gmo seeds from Baker Creek Seeds in MO. All in all, definitely worth checking out!
