DO NOT USE HIGLEY METALS!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! I wish I would have checked Unilocal before sending this HORRIBLE man $ 775.00 in the beginning of Oct 2015… I finally recved my order on Nov 27, 2015. We needed a new fireplace insert & grate (TeePee) for a big party… and I was assured by Bruce Higley if I sent money via pay pal both items would be made in one week and shipped the following. We’ll nothing arrived in two weeks and many unanswered phone calls later… Bruce says the TeePee is done… but he has no material for the fire insert. Then after many more phone calls and more time my fireplace insert arrived and no TeePee. When I phoned Bruce Higley he said they ran out of them. I was furious, he must have lied to me when he said the TeePee was done. He must have lied when he said they had both shipped. When I confronted him with his lies he said he was a Vietnam vet and all his workers were missing body parts… as if that is a good reason to take peoples money with false promises of goods. This is hands down the WORST company I have ever encountered… because all I heard were lies, lies and more lies!

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Fasteners to attach pieces of fire pit were not in the box. When I contacted customer service, Mr Higley just gave me the size of fasteners to get but did not offer to send them to me, even though they were supposed to be included. Then when Pay Pal messed up the payment, he accused me of stealing from him without even contacting Pay Pal. I will never do business with them again.
