McDonalds

Their drive-​thru has always been a headache.
I ordered mighty-​wings at drive-​thru and found missing pieces when I got home.
I ordered sweet chilli wraps and they gave me ranch wraps.
I ordered ‘happy together’ combo (small fries + cheeseburger) at $ 2.50 but the lady charged me more than that and told me she did not know anything about the promotion — did not even bother to ask.
All happened at drive-​thru! I have to pull over to check my bag now after each drive thru.
Dining-​in was fine, no issue at all.

This place is the worst like it’s run by a bunch of crackheads I know that’s harsh but man everytime I go here it way out does the last unpleasant experience with them they are always improving on performing worse. Was there for 20 minutes watching the stupidest events going on. I don’t know but when I got my food finally it was expired and cold. This is the rusty arches no gold here. McDonald’s do you read these reviews because we do. I really don’t like to have to give a bad review but Rogers McDonald’s you deserve it and if there was a negative rating u would achieve it no problem. I won’t be back to this store I almost think the same franchisees own Elk River as well similar problems… find another place to eat they don’t value their customers business here.

Damn near impossible to access from the freeway despite being ten feet from the shoulder. I went to the drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder meal and got everything except the quarter pounder. By the time I noticed, I was already back on the interstate, and it would have been an oppressive waste of my time to renavigate through the labyrinth of frontage roads to go back and argue even with Ron McDonald himself. Two thumbs down.

The place is disgustingly filthy. Two tables occupied. ALL tables dirty. But at least the staff is unpleasant as well. Poor representation of McDonalds. Unfortunate.

Drive thru is slow, and never get what you order… CHECK YOUR BAGS!!!

One of the few play place McDonald’s in the area, the play area always feels a ittle less than clean, outdated, and the climate control is always on the extreme end of the spectrum. There is always some service issue at the counter as well. I mean, it’s a McDonald’s, and you get what you pay for, but have had much better golden arches experiences in my travels.
