Office Depot

Our desk came on the 2^nd business day (They said 3 – 5 business days) — so that was great. However, the driver did not call me the night before like the person at Office Depot told me. He called about 15 minutes before. I wasn’t at home and didn’t hear my phone since I was helping a friend sand some wood. Anyways, luckily I called him back within a few minutes to tell him I was on my way home. The guy came back — he was only a minute away. I was a little surprised he just left it on the porch.
This weekend we finally opened the box and my husband built the desk with a little of my help haha. It took him a long time, but he finished it and it looks great!

I placed an on-​line order for a wifi scanner and replacement ink cartridges from Office Depot on Thursday October 10. Delivery was scheduled for Monday October 14. Tuesday came around and still no delivery. Despite having called the 800 number on the date I placed the order, to confirm the order was placed satisfactorily and receiving no info to the contrary, no delivery. Until today (when I initiated a second call), I was never informed that I failed to put in the correct security code from the back of my credit card. Bad technology. Poor systems. Poor and lackluster service.
Advice: Why would ANYONE EVER make a purchase here when they can get 99% of the products sold on this site and in Office Depot stores on Amazon Prime without all the BS excuses? Hmmm.

These guys saved me! I had a last minute print project I needed turned around quickly, THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, and they whipped it out with no problem! The staff there were friendly and made a stressful situation pleasant.

Standard Office Depot with all the usuals — paper and pens, office furniture, calendars, computers and peripherals, etc. Plenty of parking. They have a UPS shipping desk and a copier service desk.
Sadly, I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for.

This isn’t the best Office Depot I have ever been in but I guess it meets all your needs… pens, papers, office supplies.
I was completely impressed by it but I can say the employees at the store were very helpful :)
