Pepper chicken… Thhhhhhey were not kidding OMGOSH. There’s pepper chicken and then there’s Panda Express PEPPERED chicken. Did I get the bottom of the pan!!! Whhhhhhat! I mean it cleared my sinuses… But I’ve had way better pepper chicken at Lyns garden, peppered chicken shouldn’t be overpowering… 20+ min waiting in the drive thru and you can only go forward MAYBE back up if no ones behind you. So I couldn’t leave after 15 min of sitting there not moving and that’s before I got to finally order out of frustration and hunger. Chicken egg rolls are good. Ordered three. One was burnt –____– why would you give me that? Took the wrap off ate the inside.

Panda Express has the most awesome Orange Chicken in Fayetteville! It’s always fresh, hot, and yummy! Add the noodles and it is the bomb!

Don’t go here later in the evening they had only 3 entrees to chose from and I didn’t like still had to wait thru the drive thru cause there is no way out. It was only 830 and they would not prepare more food than what they already had. Very disappointed usually I go for orange chicken they were out and wouldn’t make more… which is weird every other place will make more food if it is out.

This area is saturated with all types of restaurants, especially fast food. If you need a quick meal, you can find good food for a great value. That does not include Panda Express. It is a chain restaurant that I have never been to. The food is terrible and expensive. The service is terrible as well. Food: I ordered the least expensive item on the menu, The Bowl, that includes one entrée and one side. A beverage is not included so I got a free small cup for water. In the bowl I got a serving of chow mein, which was really lo mein, and the Chicken Mushroom entrée on top of it. Some of the entrees are considered«Premium» and have an up-charge. Egg rolls, spring rolls, and wontons are an additional $ 2. Drink prices start at $ 1.60 for fountain drinks and go up by size. Bottled options starting at over $ 2 were also available. I won’t pay $ 2 for a bottle of water. It was 1:45 p.m. and the lunch rush was still on. Many of the bowls of food were empty and customers were being told they would have to wait for their food. They were sent on their way with their sides and had to pay up front as well. I have allergy issues so the Chicken Mushroom was really all I could order that was available and that was not a Premium entrée. There was only one serving left in the bowl, which is what I got. The chow mein was luke warm and greasy. The Chicken Mushroom had very little chicken but had plenty of mushrooms and zucchini. It was luke warm, if that. I ordered it to eat-in but they gave it to me take-out. The meal without a drink cost $ 6.45. I left hungry but that was okay. Service: I had to wait a long time in line even though there were only 2 people in front of me. There were 2 reasons for the long wait. First, the bowls of entrees were empty so the customers in front of me either looked for other options or had to discuss when they could get their food. Second, there was only one person filling orders on the dine-in line. I waited over 5 minutes, which is long for fast food, before I was able to place my order. It was obvious that the drive-through window was the priority. After I got my order, the line got very busy. It was at that time, 2 p.m., when two of the employees got in line and got their lunch. They sat down at a dirty table next to me and ate their lunch. Yes, dirty tables. The dining area was not full. However, I had to look for a table that was clean. There were none so I went to the least dirty, wiped it off, and sat down to eat. Ironically, there was a labeled drink bottle on that table with the name of the employee who was listed on my receipt as my server. I think it is very negligent and just plain inconsiderate to make your customers wait for food and leave tables dirty while staff eats in the dining area. I purposely stayed a long time at my table and watched the«action» and took pictures. I was there for 30 minutes and not one table was bused or cleaned. I will not be returning to any Panda Express restaurant EVER. There are too many other fast food restaurants of all types that are less expensive, especially including a beverage with a combo meal, and taste a lot better.

Good chain Chinese restaurant, consistent, if nothing else. Shrimp dishes can be hit or miss, as well as beef dished, but the chicken dishes are often pretty good.

Very dissapointing. Chicken was cold and extremely tuff as it has obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time. I even asked the girl behind the counter to stir it up a bit for me as it looked awful. Should have went with my first impression when I saw the food and went somewhere else. Wont be back

Ordered Kung Pao Chicken for lunch today. The steamed brown rice is very good but the Kung Pao hand very little chicken(5 nickle size pieces) and only 6 peanut halves. The rest was made up of zucchini(lots of it) and bell pepper. Since this was take-out I didn’t notice until I got home. How disappointing for me. I have had this dish before & liked it, today was something different and I hope this is not what it will be like in the future.

Really good fastfood Chinese food. I like the convenience of the drive through window and it seems to be pretty fresh. I will come back when I need some Chinese on the run. BTW the eggrolls are delicious.
