Residence Inn

Very good place to stay; front desk was training people for Marriott and they were very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and I had a handicapped room which was helpful since I use a cane now. The breakfast was good and the place was quiet; even with many girls there for a gymnastics rally.

We stayed five nights here while doing the Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival in October. The hotel is one of the cleanest and friendliest that we have visited. The complimentary breakfast is so delicious that I found myself missing it when we got home! We had the suite, complete with the kitchenette, since we thought we might cook in one night. My husband had packed one of my nice Calphalon skillets thinking we may use it. We never did, as we chose to eat at the local restaurants each night for dinner. We forgot the skillet upon checking out, and didn’t realize we had left it until the following day. I called the hotel to see if it had been turned in by the cleaning staff, it had! I was so excited to hear of how honest they were! They shipped the skillet to me in a box with enough packing to prevent any damage done during transport. It is so nice to know that there are hotels that have honest and caring workers who genuinely want their guests to have a nice stay! Thanks!!!
