I’ve lived here at Stone Manor for 3.5 years now, it’s quiet and peaceful with plenty of friendly people to hang out with at the pool! A dog park was just added making it extremely dog friendly which has also helped me meet my neighbors. Management is wonderful and addresses things in a prompt & timely manner making it an easy place to live with low maintenance. With this prime location, it makes it incredibly hard to leave!

Absolute worst management that I have ever dealt with. No responses. No call backs. Closed on wkds, noise complaints never get tended to. I had a leaky roof for 6+ months and NOTHING was done about it until I complained and became THAT tenant. They are all about money. Hiking up prices on covered car ports. Garage is $ 100 extra, fees are tacked on to everything you could possibly think. Maintenance team is a joke. Mgmt is full of young girls who have NO idea what they are doing. No mgmt skills and no customer service attitude. Older lady is rude and cuts you off with anything you try to tell her. They send out flyer after flyer on demands of what they expect of a tenant yet they can’t fill the needs is mgmt. I never have had to write a bad review and never wanted to but this one needed it. You might get a pretty apartment here but that’s all you pay for. There’s no luxury care here.

I lived here for just under a year after a work relocation to Arkansas. It has a good location and the apartments are decent. However, the management consists of young girls who do not seem to want to work. On several occasions, the office was locked or they were on extended lunch breaks. A few times I went in the office to pay my rent and the girl who was«working» was doing bicep curls at her desk. This happened more than once. I wouldn’t have had much of an issue with this if I could’ve seen issues being taken care of around the complex. Here are the issues that I dealt with: 1.) During snow storms, there was never any attempt to clear the dangerous, icy sidewalks. Not one attempt during several snow storms! 2.) My apartment was dirty upon move-in. The moving truck got there the same day that I arrived so I had to clean cobwebs and cabinets while they moved my stuff inside. 3.) Upon move-out, I received a cleaning checklist of things that I know were not done when I moved in. I completed the extensive cleaning checklist although I never received my deposit back. I emailed management about the deposit twice within 2 months of moving out. I never heard back from them. Honestly, I am quite willing to give up the deposit just to never have to deal with them again. 4.) The energy efficiency is horrible. Power bills were $ 300-$ 400/per month. I realize snow storms contribute to the higher bill but it was still $ 400/month to heat a 1200 sq. ft. apartment to 67 degrees! 5.) Snakes! When the weather warmed up, I saw several snakes coming in or out of the huge cracks in the concrete of the sidewalks and on the side of my apartment building. If you move here, watch where you step. 6.) Certain cars constantly parked on the end of the drive on a no parking zone. After informing management that I had difficulty getting out of my parking space from being wedged in by one of the vehicles, I was informed that, «well, we can’t really do anything about it because it happens when we’re not here». Overall, I felt like any concern or issue was just a waste of time to inform the office. They do not want to stop doing their bicep curls long enough to check on an overpayment or answer any questions. Unfortunately, the manager, Kristina, was the most frustrating one of them all. I would never recommend stone manor at stoneybrook to anyone.

I lived in Stone Manor from June 2013 thru January 2014 and had a very positive experience. The management was always very responsive, my neighbors were great, and the price point of the community keeps out alot of kids(most if not all of my neighbors were professionals associated with wal-mart or wal-mart vendors). I recommend stone manor to anyone living in the Rogers/Bentonville area. The one downside is that the gym is pretty small(one treadmill) but there is a GREATYMCA down the street with low monthly memberships. There is also direct access to the trails that cover most of NW Arkansas.

We’ve lived at Stone Manor for a few years and love it. It’s convenient to everything in Rogers, Bentonville and 540 the key to everywhere in NW Arkansas. They have an onsite gym, pool and trash pick up from your curb every weekday. They are right on the walking trail and right up the hill from the best shopping and food in NWA. The management is slightly worthless, but you don’t need them often. The site is gated, so only residents have access, apartments have alarm services if requested and they have police that live onsite.

My wife and I have lived at Stone Manor for about a year and love it. We are in an upgraded 1-bedroom with an attached garage. The garage has plenty of storage space and the apartment is pretty spacious. We probably have too much stuff, so it feels tighter than what it is. Rent is very reasonable and it is only 5 minutes(if that) from the Pinnacle Hills mall. Neighbors are quiet and all are very nice. The fitness center is pretty small, though and there is only one treadmill, and it is usually too hot or too cold to run outside. But I have a membership at a gym down the street so it doesn’t matter much to me anyway. Overall this is a good place… safe and clean.
