A little pricey but unlike the other review, we had excellent service. The selection is good. The store is very clean. The staff is very friendly.

Very very poor customer service and miscommunication. After 4 months of waiting, only 1 piece of 4 furniture items ordered has arrived. The worst part is the lack of communication during the entire process. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The store is run by a family, but the actual owner is rarely there which makes decision making very difficult when there are mistakes made with the orders: and mistakes are made often. I will not recommend this store to anyone who wishes for nursery planning to go smoothly and stress-​free. You are bound to have problems if you order though Babys Room.
