Great staff of professionals. Always greeted with a smile. Little if any wait time. Tests are done efficiently but not rushed. Conversation is easy and relaxed. Questions are answered in full. The entire staff is an example of excellent customer service. I will definitely return and have no reservations in referring friends to Tri-​State.

This is one of the few places I go where people remember not only my name but things I have told them. I typically only see Dr Landis once a year but even after a year she ask me about things in my life that most people would never take the time to remember. It makes me fell like she really cares about me. She will have me as a client as long as I live in NWA.
