Rogersville Secure Storage

I rented one of their large units and paid 6 months up front. After 8 months I told management that I would be moving out next month but I would need a unit again in some number of months when our home was ready to sell. I emptied out the unit and returned and swept it out and moved the pallets (their pallets) back to where they were stored. I called a week later and there was no answer but I left a message asking how my deposit would be returned. Never got a call. I thought I might see a credit on my card but none appeared. I called again… no answer. Left a message. That’s been 2 months ago. I assume they feel the deposit belongs to them even though their agreement says it will be returned after inspection of the unit. All else was ok but I will be using another facility next month when I need storage for the time my house is for sale. They obviously can’t be trusted.
