Very poor service, substandard food. Only brought half our orders and forgot the rest. When asked for the rest of the orders we were given a free attitude for it. When the did finally bring the rest it was ¹⁄₃ on the normal portion. Unfortunately we went back 2 more time and always the same thing. It is like they just do not care.
Visit one of the other restaurants nearby instead or drive to Kingsport or Morristown but don’t waste your time here.

Service was awful. We looked at the two tables we ended up sitting at for half an hour before being sat. After being sat we finally ordered 20 – 30 minutes later, why, I’m not sure. The food was awful and so was the food. Save your money and just cook at home Rogersville.

Me and my cousin ate there yesterday the service was horrible!!! It took them a hour and 20 minutes to get our order out & we both order chicken tenders with ff & a salad! That should be a ten minute order tops! That is just ridiculous! Definitely won’t be going back there or nor do I recommend anyone! Best place to eat in Rogersville is Hale Springs Inn!

Unfortunately, there aren’t many choices in Rogersville. The service is fast and friendly, but Outback Steakhouse looks like a Maestro Steakhouse in comparison to here. The portions are small and the food is slight improvement over a microwave dinner. If you’re looking for drinks and snacks only, then this is a good spot.
