Gold Hill, OR
I usually go to the one in Gold Hill, but we happened to be in Rogue River yesterday, 12−29−15. The parking lot is VERY dark, with lots of «shady» characters hanging around, esp. at the bottle return machines. We bought several items, at the usual Ray’s prices, which we expect. However, among the items was a tub of Sabra Hummus. I usually check dates, but for some reason I did not, and when we got home, I discovered it expired on 12 – 18! Called and told them, and the girl didn’t seem too concerned, but said she would «tell the meat dept. when she saw them». Meh.

Palm Springs, CA
A nice little supermarket in a wonderful small town. A bit pricey. Offers fresh meats, produce, a very mediocre bakery, and DVD rentals.
