I first came to Dr Frank five years ago; he diagnosed me with a shoulder issue, I had to unfortunately move from the area, when I came back to live I asked if I could come back to his practice, they accepted me back. I got more help from this office and staff than I did the entire time I was gone and seeing another health care professional, These people are the greatest, I hope I never have t leave again. So glad to be back amongst Dr’s that care, and actually treat you like a person and not just a number or a dollar sign.

This is the best doctors’ office I have ever found in Southern Oregon! I see Dr. Heather Merlo whenever I have a health problem. She is SO GOOD! She listens, she tells you the truth about whatever is ailing you and you can count on her to follow up and remember you and your situation. If you call her, she will call you back without a doubt. I am so happy to have found the female doctor that I have always wished for in Dr. Merlo. She is very busy, but I keep referring her to anyone that needs a doctor. Even though I live out in Wilderville, I’ll gladly go to Rogue River for this doctor. The office staff in friendly and on the ball. Thank you Dr. Frank for adding Dr. Merlo to your staff!

Two very knowledgeable doctors, and a caring staff of professionals with a small town folksy atmosphere. Dr. s Frank and Mattea were both recommended to me highly by a specialist I see in Medford. I asked the specialist whom he would go to for a family doctor, and he said this practice, without a doubt. Been going here for 4 years now, and very happy.
