Chris Barbour is an amazing trainer at Powerfit in Rohnert Park. I have worked with him both in the group personal training sessions and one on one sessions & I find Chris to be an excellent trainer. He pushes you in a quiet yet intense fashion so that you get the most out of your body. Chris also helped me with nutrition counseling before my power lifting competition. I had to lose weight while building muscle, and he taught me how to eat appropriate foods to fuel this process. Thanks to his powerful insight in nutrition, I was able to shed the last few pounds to make my weight class & break 4 world records! I am grateful to Chris for helping me make this accomplishment, and for teaching me how to eat properly as a lifestyle, not a «diet».
