This place good for the kids to play, the pizza was not tasty, we spent over 3 hours there non of the staff cleaned the tables, most of the staff need training at the customer service skills, they have a good offer the salad for 7.99

Came here for my nephews birthday party. It’s a kids place so it is loud. The pizza was pretty decent. Now the bad review: bathrooms are very dirty, told a worker and she’s like really? Okay thank you. Went to use the restroom before leaving & they still hadn’t cleaned them. It’s a Saturday and the place is super busy, only one cashier to ring up customers. I got the salad bar, they have two kinds of lettuce mix which is good because the standard lettuce mixture always has carrots in them & I’m allergic. Asked for a different tong to get the other lettuce and they are like«Oh, I will check», they took forever to come back so I used the tongs from the spinach container. I know most of the workers are high. school/college students(even the manager) but they need at least one responsible adult to manage the place.

Gross. This place is dirty. The food is disgusting. Many of the games were out of order too so just added to our frustration. For the money, there are much better places nearby and better entertainment for the kids.

My kiddo had fun that’s why I gave it two stars. For the money we have way more fun and exercise at Rebounderz.

I have been visitng this chuck e cheese location every Sunday for the past 5years and I can honestly say this place has gone DOWN hill in the last month. Everything is horrible. The food, the salad. The place is a mess. I was waiting 1hr for my pizza I tried talking to the General Manager and the employees just kept saying he was unable to talk. What kind of customer service is that? The place is ALWAYS dirty. Oh and when I got my food it WASCOLD! Many people complained about the service that day. Apperantly they stopped selling food at 3pm? Really? I will never step foot inside this or any other chuck e cheese ever again. I have never felt so unappreciated at a business than I have here. Time to take my money some where else.

It’s been a long time since we’ve been here. They remodeled and added more games and removed the jungle gym. Much nicer, cleaner. Oh and they have beer!

I have been going to this Chucky-E-Cheese for years for birthday parties and to just let the kids have a night out playing games and eating pizza. After tonight, I hope I never have to go to the Rohnert Park one again. There were 6 of us, 3 kids and 3 adults, and it wasn’t an overly busy night. We arrived around 5pm, ordered pizza, salads, a beer, ice teas and sodas for the kids. The«new» manager, Teresa, didn’t know how to ring up the beer. Still, we got our drinks, and food relatively fast. We were seated in the back area on the back of a long table, the furthest away from the screen. Us sitting there, when there was no party, has never before been a problem. Half way through our pizza, Teresa told us we would have to move because that table was only for parties. Only it wasn’t set up for a party and, even when we left at 8pm, it had never been set up for a party. We moved, everybody, to 2 of the back tables on one of the two empty sides, as in, all the tables on the back and on the right side were completely empty. We had asked a nice young man if it was okay for us to sit there and he said it shouldn’t be a problem. Wrong! Teresa came back, saw us and proceeded to yell at us and the guy we had asked saying«that section was only for parties.» We, once again, moved only this time, we could only find one table to squish the 3 kids and one adult, while the other 2 adults stood and ate. We were amazed at the rudeness, having never experienced it here before. Only, the night wasn’t over yet. Chucky came out and my youngest child(age 3) wanted to see him. I took her over to where Chucky was and, because people were taking pictures, we waited. Teresa says to me «we are doing Chucky for a party so she is going to have to wait.» I said, «we are waiting.» Teresa then said«well,. it’s going to be a few minutes so she still has to wait.» Finally, I had had it. I said to Teresa«you know what, you’re rude.» She said«well, I’m sorry» but not in a sincere way but in a sarcastic way so I said again«you are rude.» The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they do have a very nice, tall, light brown/blondish hair guy working there who has always been polite to us and our family. I will not be going back until either Teresa is gone or she gets some badly needed customer service training.

for the 4occasions me and my kids were there for friends birthday party. one unpleasant thing always stands out. the people at the ticket prizes — that’s where you get to exchange your tickets for some corresponding little thingies displayed on the counter. they seem to have«plastic face» handling this job. you go there, wait in ine for sometime and see how they react to every customers questions about which invaluable china made plastic little toys, which are disposable for about a minute or two, they don’t even smile and look into your eyes seems to be so annoyed and disgust about how little of a thing you are falling in line for, makes you feel how insignificant this ultimate moment for kids is. and to top itwhen you look at the top of the wall behind, you will see toys that are way too advanced compared to the china made little thingies below, these sight is so awful, the little hairs on my skin is raising just thinking about it. this kind of thing is not carefully planned and think of. as we walk outside in 3 occasions my 6 year old always asked me, «papa, how come I didn’t get the winx?, I thought I won plenty of tickets?». it breaks my heart in as much as it breaks my kids heart. My question to you Chuck is how am I going to explain to my kids that we have to stay inside there for at least 2 weeks and keep on playing to get the thousands points of tickets needed to get the Winx? I don’t count kids having fun inside it. because kids mind are set to have fun weather it is a indoor fun house or a outside park, it is given and a universal understanding. But you could do much better than that, hire the right people who have a natural understanding of how it is being a kid.

Never again. Ever. The games are lame. The pizza is horrendous. I’d rather be locked in a small room with a dozen screaming 5 year olds than go back there.

I took my son for a good time and he definitely had one. The staff was courteous and friendly and all the games/rides worked fairly well. The pizza wasn’t great, and the wait was a little long to order, but other than that, it was a good family experience.

This was the first time I have ever been in a Chuck E Cheese establishment and I found the place to be extra clean. There was no food on the ground and even the bathroom was clean ! I thought the games and the tokens were definitely not worth the money, but the pizza was actually decent. Good place to visit for special kid occasions.

The daughter has a great time here and that’s what counts but the food is not particularly appealing. The people who work here are generally friendly though. Even though I don’t enjoy this place my daughter always has a big smile when she comes here.

We celebrated our sons third bday here and it was awesome. Last year we celebrated his birthday at kids party central and it was fun but the staff wasn’t as great and attentive. This year our baby wanted to go to chuck e cheese for his birthday and it was a lot of fun. The staff here is very attentive and have excellent customer service. They really are attentive and very patient and kind with the kids. They are remodeling now and I am glad they took out that play structure because it looks bigger now without it there. Usually one you have a lot of people working one or two can be rude or not as great with people, but I would definitely say every single person I’ve encountered at this location have always been absolutely amazing. The kids love it and so do we. The salad bar is always fresh and clean and the chicken wings are delicious. And my kids love the cheesy bread and fries too. Love it here and that is why we are always going back.

Hannah! Christopher! Michael! I can name almost every employee in the building because of how personal they are with me and my daughter. My daughter loves them all and they know her by first name. They keep it clean. The food is decent but the kids absolutely love it! we have never had a bad experience there even on the busy nights. great place to take the kids and let them run around.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here on the 9⁄15 and the experience was wonderful. We arrived 20 minutes early or so, and the hostess(I want to say her name is Kya??) was already waiting for us with a pink token filled tiara for my daughter. She greeted us by name and made my daughter feel special from the get-go. Our seating area was already set up for the kids. They took our order promptly and the food came out at the time promised. We were assisted by three different people, one I believe was a manager and all were very attentive and made sure our needs were met. I was very impressed by the professionalism they exuded, especially since most of the workers there look pretty young. My daughter got to receive special recognition when Chuck E. Cheese came out and was on cloud nine! Everything went off without a hitch and I will definitely reserve a birthday party here again. Plus no clean up!

Vegas for Kids… Birthday parties cannont be easier for parents and grandparents. Just hosted my Grand Daughter’s 5th birthday here. Grand Ma just walked in and walked out. Grand Daughter is a happy clam. From scheduling to execution, this staff is on it. As a event professional, it was a very easy and pleasant experiences. Ralph the host was wonderful with the kids, the Manager was very attentive and accommodating. The children and grown ups had a wonderful time. Yes, it’s loud and noisy, but it’s for the kids. I love the security of staff watching the entrance and making sure kids don’t get out. Food was fair, but hot and served well. Chuck E Cheese was great with the kids and equal in attentiveness with all the kids. My hats off to the staff, you guys were great in everyway. This is the way to do a kids party. Only down side is the restrooms needed attention more. But shame on you mothers who let your kids pull the toilet tissue and can’t throw away a dirty diaper in the trash can outside the changing area. This place is dirty because of the guests, not the staff. Bravo Chuck E Cheese, I have two more to go and I will be calling you again. Thank you for everything and a wonderful memorable birthday.

Made our baby’s first bday such a blast. The floors and most rides were pretty filthy, a few staff members were quite strange, service was painfully slow but the Chuck e Cheese character was so kind to our daughter and made it super fun us. She was obsessed with his nose and he tolerated her touching it and circling him for an extended period of time — which we thought was very cool! There are tons of rides/games for older kids but also a complete toddler area that delighted our one year old to no end! Bring your toddler for sure, just start the night with an extra dose of patience and end it with a good bubble bath:)

This Chuck E Cheese has everything you have come to expect from… well, Chuck E Cheese: — kid-pleasing pizza(salad bar, veggie trays, and sandwiches available as well) –arcade and kid-friendly games –singing animatronic things –lots of noise –children, children, and more children –lessons in token-toting and proper ticket-munching-machine operation Things specific to this location: –Staff was great. Bless their hearts for working in a place like this. –Parking was plentiful and easy –Open layout makes it easy to spot your wayward offspring or significant other I particularly enjoyed the musical and animated shorts even though I only was able to hear half of it. I didn’t partake in «pizza» and I’m super grateful that I remembered that the toilet seats were set low for the kids. All the kids in our party looked like they had a blast. The birthday kid got a nifty inflatable crown, some sort of medal, and the guests took home cute little goody-bags. If I didn’t love some of these particular kids a whole lot, I would have lived a very happy life without having set foot in here again– but alas, they like it so here I am. again.

I came here for a get together with the kids ages 2 – 6. Pizza was ok, but we all really came here for the kids. The security that they have in place for the kids is top notch. Its nice to know that kids cannot get out of the establishment with just anyone or just wander outside by themselves. All games/rides were all just 1 token each. Its a great deal for the amount of fun that the kids all had. The manager was personal and very friendly. I had an issue with the teenagers rough housing in chuck e cheese and she promptly took care of the situation. It was nice to know that they employees actually care about their customers. I will defiantly be going back soon!

My sons and I are regulars at this location. I remember going to visit Chuck E. in the 80’s. Many things have changed. The food is quality food. To the parents who claim the pizza is «too greasy» try the other items on the menu. They offer a salad bar, wings, sandwiches and veggie platters. It’s not going to be gourmet food. Haha! But, the pizza is pretty good. Our family enjoys it. The location is CLEAN and the employees work so hard to keep it this way. We’ve also had good luck with the employees being professional and caring about our childrens’ experience. Bottom line, it’s about the kids, we have zero complaints and if they are happy, I’m happy.
