D & D Glass Works

We have used D & D Glass for several projects at rental properties as well as our own home. They are always on time and complete the work when they say they will. Denise is thorough and Dave is professional and leaves the project clean and tidy. We highly recommend D & D Glass Works.

Our experience with D&D was positive from the bid process to the completion of the job. We had them replace 3 windows, broken seals. All of the windows were odd sized and located in difficult to reach locations.
Denise responded to our bid request in a timely manner. Dave showed up precisely on time and was both courteous and professional. Their bid was prompt and complete in all respects.
What I’ve written so far sounds like”… of course that is what any contractor would do.“
D&D was one of 5 glass companies I asked for a window replacement bid. Every other bidder
suffered by comparison: didn’t respond to bid request in a timely manner, provided an incomplete or inaccurate bid, or the estimator represented someone we didn’t want working in our home. They were the only bidder who expressly guaranteed their work.
Dave finished the job in the same manner that Denise started the process, professional, complete, on-​time and exactly consistent with their bid.
We’d certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

I never write reviews but D&D has to be acknowledged for their awesome business! I first called to have them replace glass that had failed in the oversized sliders in the mid century home we recently bought. Denise walked me through my options and Dave installed. Then I asked them to rescreen 5 of the frames we found underneath the deck. Again Denise advised me to get new frames and again talked me through options. Dave installed them today and I couldn’t be happier. This is a small local company that obviously cares about their customers, has very reasonable prices and knows what they’re doing to boot! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went to another glass provider in Santa Rosa first for a replacement window pane, but that pane broke during installation.
I tried D&D next. They had the pane wrapped nicely in plastic so I didn’t cut my fingers.
When I compared the first glass to the D&D glass, D&D’s was noticeably thicker. One reason maybe why this one didn’t break :)
Also, great customer service from Denise and very fair price.

Broken window in our kitchen. Called Denise and she sent Dave over right away. He was there within 15 minutes, took the measurements, and got me a quote. Had it fixed and back to normal in record time.

A few months ago, we got a beautiful painted-​glass kitchen backsplash from D&D. I didn’t know until recently that this type of backsplash even existed, but I’m so glad it does – I’m in love with it. D&D cut custom sizes for our kitchen and, again, made the whole process easy and a pleasure.

Great job on replacement glass for several windows in my house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and were great to work with in general. My new windows make such a difference, it looks like there is no glass at all!

David did an excellent job replacing all the vinyl snap-​in beading around our aluminum (house) windows. Polite, reasonably priced, showed up on time and cleaned up when finished –the qualities you want when you hire some one.

These guys are my hero’s of the week, maybe the month! They came out and fixed a sliding glass door that we could barely open anymore. Funny thing, the handyman that came 2 months ago and charged an arm and a leg didn’t do anything. These guys where well priced, knew exactly what they were doing, and got the job done right. The door opens freely. Thank you D & D!

We have a rental condo in Rohnert Park and hired D and D to replace two windows. Not only did they coordinate everything with the HOA and the HOA contractor who had to do some work to the siding, but they advised us on the best product for us and explained why in plain english. I would recommend D and D Glassworks to anyone who has pride in their property. Forget the big box stores… go to D and D Glassworks and forget about the headaches associated with these kinds of projects.

5 stars!!! Awesome family owned and operated business in Rohnert Park. We needed a key slot installed in our work building. They came out and measured our glass and had the parts at their shop next week! Awesome service! Dave came out and had the window installed in less than 30 minutes!!! WOW!
