But the south of the boarder crew working behind the counter could get out on the dance floor and clear a table at least once a day.
Looks like the next morning after a ragging Quinceanra.
Enough beans and rice on the floor and tables to start tomorrow’s service.
But I will damn sure be back stuffing my pie hole.

Stopped here on the way to SF from Mendocino. Delicious food and good service. One of the cooks forgot to add cheese into the quesadilla, but the manager quickly made another.

Good fast food restaurant. I love their spicy chipotle burritos. Always go there for lunch when I’m working.

My go-​to «need food quick» spot. The food is probably my favorite among fast food options but something is almost always wrong with my order. But I must like the food enough that instead of making me angry, I’ve just learned to check my order before leaving. Go inside if salsa is important to your order. They give you just one or two little cups of salsa per order at the drive thru and often forget to include it altogether. They recently changed their churro recipe and it’s much better now. It’s sort of hit or miss on how much cinnamon sugar it will have, but I’ve found that with the new recipe it’s still delicious even if you don’t get much sugar coating.

Surprised and delighted! Fast service, great prices, and a nice big tasty taco salad for lunch. I am not generally a fan of fast food. But I was in a hurry, and hungry, and the line at Amy’s Drive In was super long. So I ventured a little down the street too try out El Polo Loco for the first time. Considering all of the awesome Mexican food choices in this area, I never imagined I would wander into this place. Well, I will be back! The place was clean, and the counter service was excellent. The fresh salsa bar was an unexpected surprise. And my salad was so big, I had enough leftover to add some lettuce later and eat it for dinner.

Love the chicken fajita taco bowl with the green sauce!!! For fast food this is really delicious!!! We never ever go to Taco Bell anymore. No contest!!! Their shrimp is very good also.!!

well for fast food this has to be the best, great menu and I love there salad !

I went here on a Saturday lunch. There weren’t that many people there (restaurant a bit less than half full). The location seemed well staffed. I ordered, paid, and it was straightforward. The drinks area and salsa bar was filthy. Salsa was spilled everywhere and nobody cleaned it up. Soda area is just so cramped and standing soda all over the place. I tried to find a place to sit down but so many of the tables and booths were dirty. Rice, beans, tortillas, chicken, trays all over the tables and the floor!
Then the wait — I had to wait quite a long time for my meal. I had ordered two pieces of chicken with two sides. The pieces of chicken were tiny and the sides were bland and flavorless but the chicken was quite good — wish they were bigger pieces. I ate it quickly (due to the small portions) and left. Maybe next time I’ll try a burrito, if I ever end back there. I’d rather have eaten at Costco.

I came here with my mom. It was our first time coming here. Well we walked in and we ordered our food. The lady taking our order was super rude and unhelpful. Anyway back to my experience so we got our drinks and there was no lids. Also the station where you get the toppings was a mess. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned all day. Anyway back to the food. I went up to get my food and the lady was playing around with my food??? And the. She just smiled about like really? My mom had a 2 piece meal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. She said she rather buy chicken from a supermarket. I had a burrito that was pretty good actually. It filled me up just perfectly. After that we dipped.

I was told about this place. So I tried it. The food was so good up until I found hair in my food… not once but twice. NEVER AGAIN. That’s just to nasty for me!

Keep going back when in Rohnert Park. The restaurant is always orderly and clean — especially the salsa bar area. Friendly service and the food has always been very fresh and abundant.

Ok came here first time at this one. Must admit they are not big on being clean, and or cross contamination. Forced to give a star

Amazing customer service, every time I come here they are very friendly and 99% of the time they get my order right. I had one problem and they were super fast to fix it. Thank you very much for everything and keep up the good work.

3 stars is the most I will give for a fast food restaurant, good service, good cherry coke. Food prepared well for a fast food place. Sum times I come at 10:50pm and there closed maybe the workers want to get a jump on closeing so they can go home faster. Bad for customers however. Still returning.

For fast food it is better then expected. I think that the prices are about right. You don’t get a whole lotta food, so if you are really hungry expect to pay. The service was severely lacking. The gal thay rang me up was afraid to smile for fear her face might crack. When they gave me the leg instead of the thigh I ordered I was the one to apologize for the inconvenient situation. I would try them again in hopes that I just caught them on an off day for customer service. As for the chicken itself. Well my thigh was thightastic! Crisp outter layer and tender juicy flavor filled meat.

Meh, it’s El Pollo Loco. I got my usual, a BRC burrito and Loco Salad and didn’t leave disappointed. Well, I did leave a little agitated as I had asked for the Spicy Avocado salsa and never got it. Didn’t receive any salsa, and anyone who has had the BRC knows you need something to moisten that sucker up. Ended up having to go in the restaurant to get the salsa (first world problem, I know). I survived that trek into the restaurant and was on my merry way. :)

Most delicious chain food I’ve ever had and possibly the best chicken I’ve ever tasted anywhere. The workers are friendly and polite. Maybe the inside could be a little cleaner?

I Don’t have one of these were I live so I hit this drive through and it was good, definatly way better than Taco Bell or the likes. BUT then this time I went in the restaurant. It is so filthy I wanted to return my order after looking around. Salsa bar was a SWAMP of nasty old wet limp slop, all over the counters and floors, with straw wrappers and lids all over the place. then insted of cleaning they just stacked the lids back in the rack for the next poor person that didn’t see were they had just been, and refilled the salsa like they didn’t see the gross waste pile on the counters! Then took a order from a group for more free food for her friends that were sitting next to the mess. Neglecting cleaning and handing out free food while your store looks like a salmonella bomb went off! Couldn’t even throw my food away cuz the trash was overflowing onto the floor and just stacked my tray on the table that was collecting the excess garbage by the door.
I’d fire the whole lot before they get someone very sick

Inside the dinning room needs a little more care and love.
As a whole the food rocks tho… the menu is great i think… and its a nice fusion between fast food and sit down eating.
Food is tasty and fresh… and the staff have been kindly.
This place isn’t gonna close down anytime soon, but it ain’t gonna win any awards either.
Solid choice.

I must admit, I like this place for a fast food option. Shoot me. :)
They were SO incredibly backed up and it took 25 minutes to get our lunch but it was hot, tasty and just as it always is. My favorite fusion lunch is a corn tortilla with the meat from a chicken leg and some mashed potatoes and gravy. I feel a little guilty liking it as much as I do. :)
