Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not actually a customer and never will be. Since my car was recalled Honda offered a replacement car through Enterprise. When I first got the car the service was pretty good. I got a nicer car than expected but I still miss my old car. I was supposed to come back after 30 days but it slipped my mind and I had to be reminded to come back in. When Andre inspected my car he lectured me about the no dog policy since there was dog hair in the car. Yes I have a dog. He is quite furry and even though I used the car just once to take him to the dog park he got hair everywhere. It gets all over me and I’ve resigned myself to a life of dog hair everywhere because dammit I love that dog. Andre threatened me with a $ 250 fine if I didn’t get the car detailed. I haven’t had my dog in the car since. Another 30 days goes by and I’m reminded to come back in to sign paperwork again. I couldn’t do it that day and when I called to tell them I would be coming in another day they couldn’t find me in the system. This morning my husband gets a voicemail that if we don’t bring the car in today they are going to report the car stolen to the police. I called them back to tell them I’m bringing it in only to be lectured about corporate needing the paperwork. I wanted to vacuum the car before I brought it in and was just trying to find the time to do so. I am 9 months pregnant and I do not appreciate the tone Andre has taken with me. I am only tolerating this rental company because I don’t want to endanger my child in a recalled car and now I will definitely never be a customer.

I’ve only rented from this site once, but service was great and the car was clean and in really good shape.

Service was shoddy and the employee was extremely rude. I usually rent from Hertz. I thought I would give Enterprise in Rohnert Park a shot… what a mistake. Hertz on Santa Rosa She has far better service. Don’t rent from this Enterprise location.

Great rental car but horrible service. Been waiting over a week and a half to get my deposit back. I was told multiple times that I would get it back in less then 24 hours and have still not received it even after calling multiple times asking when I would receive it. Alan told me and my father that he would notify the bank Friday morning so I could get it back and then later told me that he did not submit it until late Friday night. I think that it is unacceptable to make someone wait almost two weeks to receive their car deposit back. I will not be renting a car from Enterprise in the future.

This place is great but the problem is there didn’t say there going to hold 200 more that not far. There should say that when I book it. I need that 200 for my trip to Phoenix. I could have loose it for gas or what ever. I think about come back.

I rented a car for the weekend from this Enterprise location, fully expecting it to be awful (as per my car rental experiences back in Boston). This place made everything absolutely easy and stress-​free thanks to Dannetta and Rodrigo! I was picked up from Sonoma State U, got processed for a vehicle very quickly and efficiently, and was on the road in no time. When I dropped off the car, I was given a ride back to campus, and a gas voucher because I had returned the car with more gas than when I had rented it. Dannetta was cheerful, kind, and just really pleasant, and Rodrigo was patient and went out of his way to drop me off at a convenient place. I wish all Enterprises were this stellar in terms of customer service. Thanks guys!

The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I work at Sonoma State University, and we use this branch frequently for our student field trips. This past Saturday, I arrived at the branch at 9am with a colleague to pick up two 15-​passenger vans we had reserved, only to be told that there had been a recall by the manufacturer and the vans were not there (no one informed us of this!). So we ended up having to get one 8-​person SUV, and one 7-​person SUV, and fortunately some colleagues were able to get some campus vans to make up the deficit.
Even worse, because of the chaos that morning, I left my expensive Canon camera bag (with all the connections) in the car on Saturday. They were closed all day Sunday, so I called first thing Monday morning to see if they had found it. The woman said she’d call me right back. An hour later, I hadn’t heard from her, so I called again. She said she hadn’t checked yet, and would call me back. Two hours later, after not hearing from her, I called AGAIN, and this time she said they’d already cleaned and rented the car, and no one had seen my camera bag. (She never called me back, as promised.) Had things not been so chaotic on Saturday due to the missing vans, I would likely not have left my camera bag in their other car. Now I am out several hundred dollars. I’m very annoyed and very disappointed in their customer service. I don’t understand why I had to call three times, and why the woman on duty never called me back about this. I guess my stuff just doesn’t matter to them. I can’t recall the exact name of the employee I spoke to all three times, but it started with a V. Vernetta or Vanessa or something along those lines.
Next time the university plans an outing with rented vehicles, I will request we go to our secondary provider, National. It’s no fun being treated like this. The only reason I didn’t give one star is because the young male employee who helped us on Saturday was very apologetic and obviously doing whatever he could to make it right. Sadly, it just wasn’t enough.

I had an amazing experience with Blake’s auto body for my car body repairs. Because my insurance doesn’t have included rental car coverage, Ben at Blake’s told me they had a special deal with Enterprise for a rental car for $ 20/​day and I could leave my car there and Blake’s would pick it up!
I was under the impression that the workers got there at 7 and if I asked, I could probably get into my car earlier than their stated 7:30 time and not make it late to work. I got there promptly at 7, and indeed the workers at enterprise were there. It was an absolute storm downpour outside, so I rushed to the door from my car and knocked on the window. They saw me and ignored me, letting me stand in the rain and cold wind. I waited for as long as I could and then ran back to my car and fumed to myself. I tried this three more times, and each time they saw me and continued to ignore me. The could have at least walked over and told me that they had a policy or something that didn’t allow them to open the doors before official opening time, but that was not the case and they didn’t afford me that professionalism or curtsey.
Once it was exactly 7:30, they opened the door and then acted like they had never seen me before, despite me being there for 30 minutes. The paperwork was easy, and I got to my rental quickly. They did, however, put me in almost the smallest car on the road, a Chevy Spark, just about the size of a tic-​tac. At six feet tall, this was obviously a really bad car for Amazonian me, but it was the only car they had available at the time. Not only was it not a good size for me, but with the wind and the rains, I felt so much in danger while driving it, I cancelled all my personal appointments and used the car as little as possible because I felt so unsafe driving it.
After I turned the rental into Blake’s, Enterprise called me to see how my satisfaction level was working with them. Firstly they had me down for having the car for three days and I only had it for two. Then they were going to charge me like $ 4/​gallon for gas when it’s barely $ 2.50/gallon right now. After hearing my complaints, the man on the other end of the phone asked me what they could do to get a 5 star review and I told him it was impossible because I had such an overall bad experience. He comp’d my gas fee, which is why I gave them one more star than the actual one star they earned, but I will never rent another car from Enterprise after this fiasco. Terrible product, and definitely terrible service; I assure you I will take my business elsewhere.

I was picked up from Blake’s auto body by enterprise, I had to drop off my husbands truck after someone had hit it. Enterprise took care of all the ins info, and then we went out to get the vehicle which I was being given. They try to keep you in the same type of vehicle, however when I got in the truck the seat did not raise and I could not see over the dash. Stephie was so helpful to find me a different vehicle that she had to have brought over from a different location. I had not eaten breakfast so I went over to Sonoma bagel I placed my order and Stephie was right there paying for it. She went above and beyond, Her customer service is outstanding

Nope. Never again. They gave me a windup car that was not even comparable to the hybrid I turned in to be fixed even though the accident I was in was the other drivers fault. I clearly stated I didn’t want any of the extra add-​on charges for insurance but naturally they charged me for them anyway and refused to even talk to me about it. I called corporate to complain and got a call back from a manager within a few minutes which was nice. However after a week the refund that he promised me still hadn’t been issued. I called back to check the status of the refund and the manager hadn’t processed it. I was told by a second person that they would do it immediately and I could expect it in a few days. Same message, different messenger. No action.

I just have to say that I will not longer rent from anyone else except from Enterprise!
Shelby at this location is fantastic and bends over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I was in a bind and I needed a last minute rental, she was able to have a car ready and waiting within minutes of me calling. She even upgraded us and got us into a better vehicle, for a lower price than their competitors. Because of this wonderful service my family and I were still able to enjoy our evening at the baseball game.
If you need a car I’d suggest you come to this location and ask for Shelby.

avoid this location at all costs. horrible service. the assistant manager gave horrible service, practically kicked me out. I have had a 5 year commitment with enterprise rent a cars throughout the US for work and will no longer be using them because of the service received. Had a assistant manager my the name of KURT which practically threatened me and shouted out 3 times While I was on the phone with AMEX getting my account right, I guess they had locked it for fraud since I had been traveling from Mexico to Rohnert Park same day. Once it was settled I left and went to the competitor in a nearby town. Horrible service, STAY AWAY

The manager helped me out that day. I got a pretty good rate, something around $ 31/​day for a 2 week rental. The first car he took me to REEKED of cigarette smoke. He then showed me to a car which was super small, like a Mr. Bean car but when I got in, it reeked too but of onions! Gross. I told him I’d take the cigarette smoke one. He told me he could treat the vents and that hopefully it would smell less. It smelled WORSE and the smell was there throughout the entire 2 week rental. It’s very ironic that inside on the dash is a no smoking sticker. From arriving it took over an hour until I drove away.

So accommodating and very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was just in my first accident and didnt quite know what to do. The body shop i went to got me a rental car from enterprise and they helped me so much. When i didnt know what was going on they called the other persons insurance company to make sure that everthing was paid for and they made it such a hassle free experience! I highly recommend them to anybody!
