The manger, Julia, is a fantastic manager & Ron from maintenance does a fantastic job even tho he works alone. I was in apartment 928 carpet was great, walls were fantastic, stove tho looks like it’s from the 1900s, cabinets look like they are chewed up, and the rent is waaaaaaaaaaaay to high for this place! In 4 months I went from 1200 to 1600!

If you’re considering these apartments, reconsider. There is no management at all even though when you call the number an answering service says they will leave a message, but you will never get a call back. Jill is the manager of multiple apartments, including this one, but this apartment complex is the very least of her priorities. They are very old and everything is falling apart. Because nobody ever comes out to fix anything people resort to calling the police just to get some attention from management. Do not make the mistake of moving into these apartments, the price is appealing, but it is not worth the headache.
