Dr. Goodman is a very angry and rude person and I can’t recommend him, there are so many better doctors in the area, don’t waste your time.

I started with Dr. Goodman after the Affordable Care Act forced me to find a new doctor. He is great. I finally feel like someone is taking an active interest in my care. He is direct and clear about everything. Not to mention that everyone else working there is just great. It’s a great small practice and I feel lucky to be able to go there.

I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. He is rude and mean. He was verbally abusive to me in a situation that was unprovoked. He insulted my fiancé to my face. He refused to authorize a very medically necessary procedure. We had to get another general family Doctor to authorize an operation which Dr. Goodman refused to consider. The operation was successfully done at UCSF.

I was going to Dr Goodman for two years before leaving the area. He is a great doctor who seems to really knows his stuff. He tells it how it is which I thought I would hate but i grew to like his frankness. He has a great staff. He also is great at referring you to a specialist if you ask him to. I know some doctors aren’t very willing to but he seems to be fine with specialist referrals.

He’s a great Doctor, he can be a little harsh but he gets the job done. What I liked most about him is that he tells it like it is. Really great staff there too, I felt like part of the family. Plus he’s the only doctor in Rohnert Park that takes Tri Care insurance.
